Only gave us one key for 4 people, was hard to do things yourself or needed to call people to come down and get you up. Ask for another key wanted 300k deposit. But never heard from them. Otherwise decent stay if you're a couple.

The place is clean, spacious, much better vs normal hotel room. 7 eleven and few other stores, coffee shops right down stair. Very close to district 1 and Ben Thanh market (walk able)

Place a coffee mug or cup to use not only drinking glass. Staff provided me unclean reusable drinking plastic cup for my coffee. Staff needs training on customer service since they're excuse is "I forgot" until you remind them. The shower room overflow when using the shower and floods the entire bathroom. The location is good. Unit size is good. Convenience shop, ATM, noodles shop in the building and its good. Overall its okey for short stay.

Good Security and staff but condo was not nice as clean.”
3 bedrooms was perfect for our family of 6. However, condo was not as clean. There were ants everywhere and stains on furniture. Since we only stayed for a short period we just settled. We also booked and confirmed this place for Jan 31 to Jan 2 (New Years Eve 2023) 4months prior, they gave our condo away to another person because they said they couldn’t get a hold of us on the checkin date. We were in transit from another country with No internet or accessible Vietnam phone until we arrived in Vietnam at 9pm. Assuming we still have our reservation because it was confirmed 2 days before we went to the condo to learn that they gave our room to someone else. It was very frustrating but they were able to assist with another condo for double the price and a lesser building and condo. It was a horrible experience since we were a family of 6 with children in a foreign country where we do not speak their language.

Ask for a second access card”
The room and location are great. However, I highly recommend to ask for 2nd key card to access the room and elevator. You need a card key to use the elevator. Twice, we checked in a 3-BR condo and were given only one card key. This created unnecessary inconvenience as we had to coordinate who could hang on the card when going out. The facility security guard is not able to help accessing the room if you don’t have a key card. Be ware, a deposit is needed for a 2nd key and they would not provide you a receipt for your deposit. I was asked to trust the person who collected the deposit.. an interesting business concept. Customer service was good for our first reservation. The 2nd reservation was odd. The person who delivered the 2nd key to us was agitated when I asked for a receipt of our deposit. I booked at the same facility but with another company and was given an additional card without being asking. Hope JustStay mgmt will make adjustment to improve the tenant experience.

I have booked here for 10 days and confirmed by Agoda for the booking period, but on arrival the host rejected this booking and claimed that it has been cancelled before. i left with no where to stay but managed to book another place after. Agoda was kind to offer an apology and has refunded at the end but not this host. Please beware when make a booking to stay at this place.

Very simplistic but clean enough, the furniture were very old and it looks nothing like the photos posted, the property manager should provide more accurate photos. getting back to the room was like a maze, the level was very low which provided access to alot of big ass bugs. Do not recommend opening the balcony doors.

Worst experience ever”
This is my first ever bad review unfortunately. We booked 6 nights and stayed 3 hours. 30 minutes after having been checked-in by a young lady who turned out to be some assistant who didn’t speak any english, the electricity was out. I‘ve been sick and came out of the shower, not able to dry my hair and the aircon was also off and it became super hot in the room. Neither the owner nor his assistant or even the reception downstairs in the building helped us after many tries of calls, messages and even personal confrontation. The assistant even gave us a wrong number and not her was picking the phone but a random lady - this was a total scam! We had no choice but to immediately book another and to leave. No money back from the owner or Agoda. Absolutely not recommending this place, be careful!

Stay away this hotel , very difficult to connect to the staff when you arrived , the room was not look anything on the advertiser, you don’t even get the glasses to use to wash your mouth in the morning , no bottles water, no thing available and you have to demand to the staff to get them for you , the bead is fifthy. Nothing you can think is just fairly . We have been cheat and rip-off big time, we very unsatisfied and angry to choose this accomodation for our holiday in Vietnam 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
