Friendly Staff - (Sept 25-26, 2022)”
Our booking starts at 1 pm but we arrived at the Hotel at 9 pm, There's no available room at the actual JW Apartment, so they led us to a nearby Apartment(which is also owned by JW Apartment). The TV doesn't have Netflix, and it had some issues, the Fridge, Shower, and Aircon are working fine though. It is near SM. One thing I didn't like is a cockroach and a spider manage to enter the Unit.

Quite far from the places you would normally want to go (restaurant, grocery stores, etc), but public transportation can be easy to access. Amenities are complete (even has a laundry area), but wifi connection could be slow and unstable sometimes. If you're not very fussy then this place could good for a night, or two.

The best experience in clerk ”
Actually, I love JW apartment not because of the room(even room is quite good) but because of the staffs of JW apartment, one of staff's name is song,maybe he is the boss, I am not sure. But all staffs are very friendly, and they invite my friend and me have a drink and then we stay together for sharing the wonderful night, the beer,the candle, the music, we sing many songs together. A girl named Margarita has a very good voice, her song is very beautiful. The most thing was that she sent us to the airport with her friend next day, she did not charge us. Actually we should pay them 150 peso based on the deal we made before, but she did not accept our money, she and her friend said: we are friends, friends does't pay. That really made us very moved. How luckily we met such kind of persons in JW apartment. Jenny from China

Nice staff. Wifi is fast enough. There was a water leak from the sink. But the most apartments in this province are in a similar situation... I like their location because it is in quiet area. However, if you like walking street or casino, it would not a right place for you.

This place is little bit far from the Walking street, Room is spacious, good for 2 persons, Doors are worn out and warped due to strong sunlight hitting the doors, there is a nice kitchen and utensils, fridge is in good working condition, rooms are clean , old style outdated window ÁC , safety locker is available, it’s in a back street, 15 minutes walk to the walking street. I am not complaining instead just being realistic, There is 24/7 property manager on site. Can’t expect too much for the money paid. Good for a BUDGET traveller.

Disappointing ”
The room I booked was not available on the day, because previous occupants extended their stay!! I had to accept a studio room, which was very basic. I did get the "de luxe" room, although it is nothing more than a separate bedroom. The facilities are very limited. A kettle, that didn't work, a tiny cooking ring, both would not reach the sockets., So I had to request an extension lead. Inadequate air con. There was no cutlery provided, no mirror in the bathroom or a plug for the wash basin, which makes wet shaving extremely awkward. There was no microwave as advertised, which I had to request. And no NETFLIX which is also promoted on this site. Altogether a disappointing experience. The staff were quite pleasant though. I would not book again. It may suit a local Filipino traveler but I think not for a foreign visitor..
