The room that we booked only has small window, and the air conditioner is quite noisy. But it is close to the famous restaurants like Lab-as and Hayahay, the location is good in the city. Cheap price, kind people, it is still worthy to us.

the location of the hotel in a side street, but one ride to the ferry terminal, and one ride to the bus terminal, the is ok, limited english, you have to pay for high speed internet. you can go to down town by one ride, also you can go to mall and shopping center by one ride. you can go to night clubs by one ride, also you can go to side walk bay by the water by only one ride

We took the midnight trip from our city and arrived in Dumaguete just after 5am. We were unsure if they would allow early-check-in at that ungodly hour, but the night receptionist was kind enough to let us in and we grabbed a few hours of comfortable rest before our late brunch. We were even allowed to get another room at a lower floor after its occupants checked-out. We liked the second room since it was painted blue and made for a cooler room. It was in the inner part of the hotel, and abutted the centrally-located fire escape. The bad thing about it was that the staff were wont to hang out there on their breaks and may make a racket. At least, we were spared from the annoying noise of the campaigning vehicles during the election weekend we were there.

affordable yet comfortable stay”
my family enjoyed our stay in the hotel for 5 days. It is a budget friendly hotel so do not expect amenities of big expensive hotels. But we were surprised that the hotel had supply of toiletries and had a room with ample space for 4 people. A bonus is the simple restaurant across the street which sells crispy lechon!

the hotel is very basic but it's also very cheap and close to the city; for 1 or two nights it shouldn't be a problem

It's some distance away from the city center but still "walkable",specially if you need to walk off calories,lol.Wifi is available only after 10pm,maybe they can improve this in the future. There's a resto on the ground floor, and another resto across the street selling Cebu-style boneless lechon,bonus!

繁華街から徒歩１０分、大学構内の暗い道を歩くので女性の夜間一人歩きには向かないかも？。 １Fにベーカリー、向かい側にローカルのレストランとコンビニがあり不便は感じない。 エアコン、シャワー共にしっかり稼動。 道路側の客室だったので車の騒音がひどかったのが難点。
