Fantastic for staying in or Going out”
Only great things to say about this hotel. I wanted something relatively roomy and close to transport, the room was fantastic, huge bathroom, and I had all I needed. The ice machines are a plus! plus the mini bar is not pre stocked so you can chill your bought beverages there. I have to admit even after moving on to another hotel I missed K West & Spa Hotel! Westfield London is right there, and it is magnificent. The sheperds bush station is so close as well allowing you to move around London easily. I was put close to the elevator but even then it was very quiet. The rooms were made up so fast I couldn't believe it! I want to go back!! The only suggestion I would make is a laptop size safe in the room (they have small ones), but thats it!

Amazing weekend at K west and Spa”
We were down to London celebrating my wife's 30th birthday. We arrived very early Friday morning. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had lots planned on our trip and we're able to store our bags until our return later that night. We were upgraded, complimentary of the hotel and the room was perfect! Spacious and comfortable. As we were busy both days we were up and away so didn't have any food so couldn't comment on this. The facilities were fantastic too. When were back in London, we would happily stay here again. Location to the nearest underground and overground train was less than a 5 minute walk to the hotel. All in all, we loved every minute of our stay at K west and Spa.

Clean and spacious executive room with good location.”
Already stayed several times(almost 10 times) in K West Hotel. We chose an Executive room and it is much bigger than other London hotels. Always be welcomed by the attentive / friendly staff. Rooms and lobby area was modern and clean. It is located just around the corner from Shepherd's Bush station(3 mins walk) and also right next to the Westfield shopping centre which is situated perfectly for getting into Central London. However, it is very quiet at night(can't hear any noise from the road at all). Check in/out procedure was swift and fast as well. I would definitely return to this hotel next time.

A good selection to stay”
In this trip, I stayed in the K West Hotel & Spa for 10 days. The location of K West is very excellent. It is close to the tube station, a large shopping mall, and many grocery stores and restaurant. The staff are nice, rooms are clean. The price is also acceptable. Then only drawback is that there is only a cooler, not a fridge in the room. If you need to fridge even freeze something during the period of stay, you can't do it.

This is my 5th visit to K West hotel. The room is spacious compare to other hotels in London and the area is very quiet at night(and most of the day as well). The great Westfiled shopping centre is within a stone's throw and you can use shepherd's bush tube staion to Central London. ALl the staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel looks very modern and rooms I stayed were all very comfort. I will visit this hotel again in the future.

Relaxing stay with a nice room and fabulous spa”
We had a great time at K west hotel and spa. The hotel is nearby sheperd's bush tube and westfield shopping centre which makes it v convenient for travellers. There are also alot of eateries nearby so no matter what time u are hungry, there is always something available nearby. The hotel has a nice spa. The spa has many different rooms. To me, the specialty was the snow room. I have never been to a spa with a snow room so I was awed by this treat.

22nd anniversary ”
Great hotel and Spa - breakfast payable at hotel is amazing, hotel parking expensive. Westfield 24 hr stay is cheaper and a lovely short walk. Room spacious. Had a King size bed after upgraded and was worth every penny. I would come again but will look for deals. The price you pay for room, then parking, Spa use, treatments and breakfast add up to another stay at hotel. Overall a lovely night and great weekend celebrating our anniversary. Well done K West.

My stay at K West Hotel was 5 days and they provided an awesome experience for me. My room was so comfortable to relax in and also to get some work done as I was in London on business. My room 514 was spacious and quiet. Staff is really helpful and always greeted me with a smile. Its worth the money and highly recommended.

What a great location for london shoppings ”
This is our third stay in this hotel. There are only two 4 starred hotels near Westfield shopping centre and K west hotel is one of them. You can reach at shopping centre in 10 mins on foot even with your young children. As you already know, there are lots of shops and foodies in westfield, so you don't need to spend a time to find for snacks, restaurants. You can also use the underground(Shepherd's Bush) to anywhere in London which is closer than Westfield.

Great hotel and great staff”
The hotel is in a good location. Shepherds Bush shopping area is 2 mins walk if that. Hammersmith is an easy 15 mins walk. - ideal if going to a show at the Apollo. Parking is available for £25 overnight - first come first serve. If full, then there is a NCP car park within 30 seconds walk. The hotel provide a smart phone free to use during your stay. It’s loaded with visitor info, apps, and discount vouchers. It’s also has unlimited free local and international calls..!! The staff are very polite and helpful and there is a comfortable atmosphere. The hotel had gym and spa facilities and a late opening bar. Having said this we were not disturbed by noise at all. The rooms are comparatively large, have good size ensuite, large wardrobes, and large screen tv. They are very clean. Had a great stay here and, better still, we got a great price on Agoda.

we returned to K-West because we liked our first stay. The rooms are relatively big (for London), the staff are always courteous and the location is good for Shepard's Bush stations. We will look to return to K West when we next visit London.

K West Hotel & Spa - average stay”
The K West Hotel and Spa does not live up to its rating. The staff were faultless - and extremely helpful and courteous. The hotel itself looks a little run down and tired. The decor in the bedrooms is at best bland and the colour scheme doesn't help its run down appearance. The room was clean. The bed linen wasn't top quality. The tolietries limited to a soap, one sachet of shampoo and one of shower gel. The fridge in the room (empty - therefore not a mini bar) was on - but not cold. There are vending machines in the corridors for drinks and snacks- but these make you feel like you are in a youth hostel rather than a hotel. In conclusion, if this hotel was considerably cheaper I would stay at again - but at those prices I would stay in a more established central London Hotel.

Great birthday treat”
I booked the K West as a birthday treat for my husband. I requested an early check-in prior to the the day and our room was available when we arrived at 12.00. I also advised the hotel is was his bday and when we were down using the spa they left a lovely treat in the room - cake, card and chocolate. This was a really nice touch. Only thing they need to do is advertise that guests can use the spa for £20 each and parking is £19 for 24 hours if you book before. I only found both of these things out when ringing the hotel direct and not from any website. Overall, a great stay and would def stay again.

Very good cheap budget hotel”
We have been here for 3 days, big room, not very warm, the heating was not working very well, perfect bed, bathroom with a very small bottle of shower foam and shampoo (we were 2 and not 1) Free bottle of water changed daily When I have asked to the maid something about the heating she told me “ sorry I don’t speak english “ This is also London. But when I will be back in London I will be back in K west

Helpful Reception Staff”
reception staff are very helpful and friendly, the spa staff didn't seem that bothered about helping me make a booking though. k west is very handy for shopping at westfield, bbc television centre and the hammersmith apollo which i walked to. the bar at k lounge is very stylish and practical for a meeting place, but it is expensive and late evening is full of 'beautiful people'. k west is without a doubt my favourite place to stay in london.

Great value and location ”
I came to London for the weekend with my mum, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and quiet. The location is good, just a short walk from Shepherd’s Bush tube station. The spa was closed during our stay so can’t review that. Good value for a London hotel.

Pros about the hotel : Great location to explore London(if you want to enjoy the nightlife, then choose the hotel in zone 1) Easy access to transport (tube: Shepherd's Bush station, lots of buses as well) 5 mins walk to the biggest shopping centre in the UK - Westfiled Room is bigger than hotels with same value Staffs are professionally helpful Swift procedure to check in/out It has a nice spa facility and helpful staff

I booked this hotel a while back for its location and room price. This was my girlfriend and I's first stay and we was not disappointed. On arrival we was made to feel very welcome, the lobby/bar is a place to sit and relax as the decor makes you feel very comfortable, oh and the fire is especially nice given this time of year. We had booked a superior room, it's very large clean and comfortable. The only little quibble is that there was no full length mirror, doesn't help when you want to get ready for a night out. We didn't have breakfast or dinner as we didn't have time but I'm sure it's tasty? Also we didn't use the spa but I'm sure it's relaxing? Overall we had a wonderful stay, we will be staying again 😀
