Very comfortable room and superb customer service”
It was our second time to stay at Kahuna and it never disappoints. The room is simple yet very comfortable and well-maintained. The property layout is great with plants and trees all around. Another thing that would have me going back again and again to this place is the staff. They are all courteous, attentive and very helpful. This is one of my favorite places to be up north. Thank you, Kahuna! ❤️❤️❤️

Lovely resort”
We enjoyed our stay here. I love the general layout of the resort with cottages. The room is clean and spacious and the bed is one of the best I've ever slept in. The food in their in-house resto is just okay but there are a lot of restos in the vicinity so dining wasn't a problem. There's also a 7-11 nearby.

We were able to maximize our stay in Kahuna at sale price :) My hubby and I have the best photos in this place. Very clean, romantic specially at night, and the food were also great at justifiable price as well. We are very happy. Thank you Kahuna.

Cable channels are not good a d are not clear...Possible to get netflix or atleast HBO HD. Btw: My husband got scratched twice on the corners of the bed. My 9yrs old gpt hurt as well when he accidentally bumped into it. Room 19 Guest from 9 April til 11 April 2019.

Upon arrival they will need your RT-PCR SWAB result(s), Napanam QR Code, and fill-up a very detailed personal info sheet. The rooms are disinfected using a fog/mist machine after every guest. Will definitely stay here again pandemic or not.

We loved everything- the beautiful view from every window of our cabin, gorgeous beach, infinity pool, fabulous open-air restaurant that somehow stayed cool with ocean breezes even in the heat of the day, great food and drinks. The staff was amazing. Thanks so much. I now have to head back to a -20 degree Canadian winter, but the memories of my time here in paradise will stay with me forever.

Magical. Love the view. But...”
Spent 3 days 2 nights here. We had to get the usual requirements, a bit tedious on our end but it was worth. The view was amazing. There were alot of activities you can do like play billiards, hangout in the resto (which has an amazing view as well), then there's the beach and the pool. Food was yummy! And the staff were friendly. One thing though - there were a lot of kids in the resort. We've travelled alot during the lockdown and we always make sure that the place that we stay in was safe and compliant - and they usually don't allow kids and senior (for safety purposes). But there were kids in the resort and they swam and they played around and most visitors tend to stay away from them because they were being cautious (including us). But yeah, aside from that, it was an amazing experience. Will definitely go back again.

Pleasant stay for the family. Very near to the beach front. Food was also great. Cons: They should provide a shuttle service to bus terminals for guests who don't have a car.

Unplanned La Union trip”
The room and pools were clean. The food were also great. The staffs were friendly to us and even kind enough to tour us around the resort. The main pool was crowded but the pool around the villa was not. Thankful because at least it felt like we owned the pool for hours 😂 Also, the waves in that area were great enough for the first time to surf like us. I'd also recommend that you look for kuya Bash, the surfer, to teach you!

Newlyweds first time in La Union ”
I booked this resort since it’s just on the beachfront and it has an infinity pool (just in case there’s no waves or the waves a too big to have surf lessons). Delicious food; my husband really enjoyed and complimented the serving portions, especially the taste (knowing he has high standards). We booked for a couples massage but when we arrived there, they wanted us on a separate room.. my husband didn’t allow it so we waited for the other customer to finish.. I enjoyed it while my husband didn’t (he said that his therapist is not good enough, lacked force and needs more training). Another thing, the main pool was under maintenance upon arrival (they could have informed us ahead of time. There’s a storm so we won’t be going to the beach for a swim). Good thing, we were able to use the other pool (lap pool designated for the resthouse). The room we had was quiet and clean, spacious but with noisy air-conditioner. We will still come back for more though!
