great laid back nature space to reflect in privacy”
The forest feel of Kai Lodge with 2 pool sites and homey bahay kubos made such a great rest house ambience. Also it's proximity to refugee built Indo Chinese temples make it such a unique microcosm of Vietnam Laos and Cambodia. In 30 mins you can be in Subic or the beaches of Morong. Downside are the room appointments. Nothing luxurious, basic, but clean and comfortable. However the excellent home quality of the food and the superb attentiveness of the staff make each stay such a home-away-from-home experience. My kids loved the place, perfect for a very private retreat for yourselved and your loved ones.

The property is located inside the Bataan Technology Park, which is a former site of the United Nations Philippine Refugee Processing Center in the 80s-90s. The room where we stayed is newly renovated and larger than expected (we might have received an upgrade). But the overall look of the property and the technology Park need upgrade as some structures are dilapidated. Need vehicle to get around. Property is close to nature (so many trees) and shrines. our stay became an educational tour also.

Kai Lodge Experience”
I've always been excited to come back to the place where I spent my childhood years. After 23 years of being away, my sister and I together with my family decided to visit BTPI (prev. PRPC), Morong, Bataan and picked Kai lodge via the internet for our accommodation which is located exactly in side BTPI. However, just what I usually see and read via the internet, here goes "expectations vs reality". My Kai lodge experience did'nt go quite well, reasons are stated below. 1) When we arrived in the site no personnel was in the reception. 2) My reservation was hardly recognized by the person who assisted me first at the venue (he is not the receptionist). Good thing that I have printed out my online reservation confirmation. 3) Feeling exhausted from our 7 hrs trip from Laguna, not even a complimentary drink to welcome us guests. 4) The rooms that were given to me and my family were not the two rooms which I reserved via online.I was told that the rooms showed (in the pictures) via their website were not availbale at all (then they should update their advertisements). But then on, my team settled with the rooms that the staff recommended for my family (members of 8 with 2 young children, plus the driver) instead. 5) Surprisingly, the rooms which were recommended for us were not prepared, on the spot cleaning (in front of us) was done, me and my family waited for a while for the rooms to be ready. Insects are all over the floor (ants & spider), not to mention the mosquitoes that leave marks on our skin (my poor kids). 6) Housekeeping is just once during our stay. 7) Wifi is available for cellphones, but not the kiddy shows on tv (not so child friendly). 8) Keys to the rooms were not given on our check-in time, my husband asked for it on the second day of our stay. 9) Difficult to procure food and other related stuffs, no kitchen in the lodge only bbq area. A mini snack house is available on day time

Value for money but needs more amenities inside the location for those looking for things to do.. Also needs more furnishing inside their barkada room which we found too bare Also menu in restaurant can be improved still. Overall has good potential and will recommend this place.

Nice place to spend with group”
The place is great, the rooms are new and clean, just bring lots of food because there is no nearby food store or restaurant. It is not advisable to go out at night since there is no transportation available in the place except for your private vehicle you have to get into the place.

The Bedroom Suite is clean. There are furnitures that seems old and need to be re-upholstered. The customer service is commendable! The staff are approachable, responsive and kind. If you want to pause and relax from the bustling city, this place is perfect .

We had the place to ourselves despite the long weekend. Very accommodating staff and nice camp facilities. Overall Camp Kanawan needs some beautification (abandoned buildings, tall grasses, etc), but the guest area is nice.

Been there with my friends last week march 25 2017 and the place is really diffrent from whats on the website. So if you don't want to waste your money and time just look for better place to stay not this place form what we experinced I don't really recommend this place. Well it has hot and cold water, aircon TV with no channel no use at all,no toiletries, no cook, there's no place to buy food "bumalik pa kaming bayan just to buy food" no advise at all with the circumtances of the place, swimming pool is so dirty lots of algae and the most worst is no person who can assist you i don't know if they still have staff and the place is bit far from the town no transfortation if you just commute and the place is so dart. If you ever had an emergency no person who can assist you. So the rating is bad. We want to relax for this vacation but we just came out into a stressful vacation.

Vraiment déçu que la piscine ne soit pas en fonction alors que mon choix dans cet établissement avait été pour la piscine. Bon séjour au calme Pas de petit déjeuner malheureusement. Trés bon accueil Propre.
