Arranged 3 low floor rooms, and I found high voltage cable outside the windows (about just 2 meters away from our windows). It might be hazardous to our health.

Don’t try the twin bed room, small than my espect .. even open luggage also is difficul.ventilation was another point make me very disappointed. Can’t adjust the temperature and I booked non smoking room but when I arrived said not available . What the hell. The whole night was suffering.

Single room was terribly small! Cannot open any size of luggage properly in the room.Strange smell around the hotel. Breakfast was good tho.

Has to ask staff for change of size of yukata every day and yukata for child. Dinner service on one of the days was very slow. Hotel does not reply you email requests.

General experience was okay and the staff is kind. However the locker room in the hot spring was a bit unsatisfactory (one of the dryers was nearly broken).

ホテル並みの豪華な施設に、旅館の細やかな心配りがぎっしり詰まった、素晴らしい宿でした。 隅々まで清潔でしたし、例えば部屋にスマホなどを枕元で充電できるような延長コードがあったりと、お客さん目線で全てが準備されていると実感。 温泉ももちろん良かったですし、食事も美味しかった！ 館内のサービス随所に、若い方の感性が取り入れられている気がしました。 それだけ風通しの良い宿なのかと感じます。 また米子に行くことがあれば、そして家族や知人が境港などに行くことを予定しているのであれば、自信を持って勧めたいです。

ご時世もあってかお値段も格安で最高でした。 ビジネスで上司と共に宿泊したのですが、豪華過ぎてソワソワしてました笑。 温泉もちょうど良い温度で良く、風呂上がりのマッサージチェアもあって◎。 朝食も美味しく、また景色も大山を一望でき◎。 スタッフの方々の対応も良く◎。 お土産に雲丹椎茸を購入。美味しかったのでまた買いにいきます。
