Great onsen, a bit disappointed in service”
The hotel is clean and the onsen is perfect. Food (especially for breakfast) is great (but have no selection for dinner menu). However, I think the service quality of staff need to be improved. No room facility introduction. The hotel facility introduction is very simple. No one helped me to bring my luggage to my room. (usually the onsen hotel staff will lead you to the room and introduce the hotel facility at the same time)

A nice place to stay, you can enjoy various types on onsen with privacy, you can enjoy onsen with your friends or family only as long as the onsen room is available, also you can enjoy ramen and ice cream after onsen, but just the price is a bit expensive for me since no private onsen in room but with a certain high price

Great hotspring but services can improved”
Hotel with great view, free drinks and many hotsprings. The private hotspring safe very popular and free. Hospitality is not quite what we expected from traditional ryokan: there was no one to greet you at car park and you had to carry our own bags to room. Food was good ; specially if you like seafood.

I went there with my parents in winter, a package including breakfast and dinner, prices per night around hkd3400 in total. Delicious food in good amount, good room hygiene, Onsen with the best seaview ever ! Great front desk service with communicable English. Definitely will visit again !

A truly unpleasant stay :(”
I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, my experience was far from satisfactory. First and foremost, I was extremely disappointed with the attitude of some of the hotel staff members towards foreign visitors. It was only when I read other guests' reviews that I found out that this was a common issue and that many other foreign visitors have experienced the same discrimination. This was unacceptable and made me feel unwelcomed during my stay. The next issue I encountered was with the check-in time. I had confirmed my check-in time to be 3:00 PM, but the staff refused to allow me to check in until 4:00 PM. This was extremely frustrating as I had carefully planned my itinerary around this check-in time. The staff offered no explanation or apology for the inconvenience they caused, which left me feeling even more dissatisfied. The food at the hotel was also a disappointment. Although the presentation of the food was visually pleasing and made for great pictures, the taste was far from satisfying. The food lacked flavor and was not up to the standards I expected from a hotel of this caliber. Lastly, I was extremely disappointed with the room I was given. I had previously contacted the hotel to confirm that I would be staying in a room on a high floor with a view, as I was looking forward to enjoying the beautiful seaside from my room. However, upon arrival, I was only given a room in the ground floor (i.e. 1/F) with only landscape view. This was a huge disappointment and ruined the entire experience for me. In conclusion, my stay at this hotel was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to foreign visitors. The staff's discriminatory attitude, the inconvenience caused by the check-in time, the unsatisfactory food, and the disappointing room all contributed to a truly unpleasant stay.

Very good Hotspring”
The hotsprings (by borrowing keys) were amazing. The environment was relaxing. The views from room and restaurants were very pretty. However, the food was just normal and staff could not speak good english.

Good hotel for a comfy stay”
We chose the room type with open bath, room size is large and view is great. There are three private onsen for couple to use, view is great. Love the breakfast and dinner arrangement too. All in all, good experience.

Hotel is large with many facilities. Love their onset, they also got private onsen which is great too. Not to miss the public mixed gender onsen, one of the most beautiful views I’ve ever seen! Food was also great, Hotel accommodated our allergies. Room was spacious and clean. Close to tourists attraction. Recommend!

Poor service”
The receptionist near the entrance was very poor in attitude. I took private car rental from airport directly and she asked what transportation I took but very rude. I was there at around 3:15 and queued 10 mins for check in. She took copy for our passports and then said the check in time should be 4pm and asked me to come back at 4pm. I didn’t see any service from them. She could say the room was not ready yet and could get my room key at around 4pm. Then at 3:58 I queued and waited there, she said “ please be seated “ which was very rigid and impolite! Also the checkout time was 10:00am!!!!
