An awesome 'farewell' rendezvous”
A group of us rented out the whole resort to enjoy a few days together before we go on our separate ways. We had an absolutely great stay. Located in the quieter Station 3 which meant we could have a stretch of beach to ourselves rather that the 'packed' Station 1 & 2. In saying that, we were within walking distance to the more busy part of the island so this was no barrier for us. The staff were absolutely awesome. Lyn in particulate was very attentive to all of our needs and even accompanied us right back to the Airport on departure which made the trike, boat, trike rides very simple and painless. Lyn was a great host. She was always smiling and even delivered beer to the waters edge for us :) The resort itself was perfect with a sand based 'bar' just meters from the waters edge. A lovely area set out to relax, eat etc with comfortable loungers and tables and chairs. The rooms were great too. Highly recommended for the holiday maker wanting to be located slightly out of the hustle and bustle of the main thoroughfare but having the busy beach front within a short walk.

Right on the beach”
Small but relatively new hotel right on the beach, excellent value for money, quiet location, must walk a bit because no car or tricycle can drive to the door, room had a slightly moldy smell and a spiral staircase in front of the window so we kept the curtains closed most of the time, but 5 seconds to the beach! Beware of drinks prices, never seen 220 P for a Mango juice before.

The hotel staff were very accommodating, upgraded us from deluxe to Seaview room and then family room. The rooms are new and clean and the location is perfect: white sand beach, end of station 3. Good food and beautiful beach! And great value for money. We highly recommend.

Quiet location, great staff”
The staff here was really great. There was a storm which created a power outage on the island and they were still willing to cook dinner for us.. It’s a nice quiet end of the beach which we loved.

Great for a quite getaway ”
We stayed in Dolphin room downstairs behind reception. The place is very nice with great and cool decor. You can't beat the location. 10 seconds walk from the room and you're swimming in sea. The room had no view but no problem there as you spent most of the time on the beach. Very nice staff and excellent evening chef.

the location at the very end of Station 3 was ideal. Compared to the rest of White Beach it is mellow and the sea is deep enough to swim. The room quality is a bit above wjat one would expect for the price. The one drawback is the bar and food selection is overpriced for the area.

It is not a hotel”
The only good thing I can say about this place was that we were dealing with a nice person who was temporarily replacing a manager who was away. This house have no reception or lobby. Only a Bar with few tables directly on the beach. Unfortunately wild/very sick looking dogs are tend to sleep and rest right between the tables or on the chairs on which guests are eating breakfast. We received a 2 bedroom apartment while on the confirmation is clearly stated that we booked 1 bedroom with terrace. Neither agoda or manager at Kaiyana didn't confirmed who's fault was that and refused full refund. Overall.... do not go to Boracay Island as it's an overcrowded paradise turned into horrific place full of pubs, restaurants and too loud live music everywhere around!

Staff were amazing ”
Location was great, right on the beach, not in the middle of the action but more on the outskirts. The staff were absolutely amazing, western breakfast was absolutely delicious (Bacon, eggs, toast, sausage, beans, fruit and coffee) I would definitely recommend this hotel. Overall 4 stars, staff 7 stars.

super nice accomodation, good breakfast, clean rooms with a nice view and modern bathrooms, friendly and helpful staff, we had nothing to complain about and enjoyed the quiet location of the hotel which was in 5 Minute walking distance to all the loud bars and restaurants.

Good location at White beach”
The room is very basic with no facilities in room such as hairdryer, glass, kettle. There's no blanket in room as they provide the bedsheets as blanket only. We booked for the double bed room but the bed is not double bed. It comes with 2 single mattress and as doubled bed room. We were quite disappointed with the room and it not worth the value. The hotel is quite far from station 2 but it located just in front of the white beach.

Great Stay”
The rate is totally a good catch with all the pictures posted. The only downfall is the location, not so near with everyrhing. The area is quiet, perfect for people who loves privacy and family too. The ocean view is tempting, but the waters in this station is not swim friendly so be careful. I must say even if there are parts of the room that were broken or the interior has some workaround, the staff made us feel at home, we were taken care of and so thankful for that!
