Smoking smell in non-smoking room”
The room was well cleaned but...rundown and I could tell that guests used to be allowed to smoke in there. The location is super convenient for me as it is located within minutes away from the station. I would request a room that had never been a smoking room if I had a chance to stay there.

This is the main hotel in Kakegawa town located right in front of the shinkansen station. Very convenient, car rental store is right in front of the hotel. The hotel is newly renovated, rooms are clean.

The foreign staff can’t do the right thing of working there as a front counter staff. She can’t be in the counter I guess. I suggest the woman not to be in the counter instead clean staff. The hotel room is not clean enough! Geeee!

エコパでのライブで利用させて頂きました！駅から近いため、一旦荷物を預けてから会場に行けるのでよかったです！ お部屋の雰囲気も綺麗でいい感じでした♡ (ただバスルームはちょっと狭いかな〜って感じです) あと朝食の種類(洋食系)がもう少し増えてくれれば良いな〜と思いました。 でも朝食会場の受付の方が気さくな方で、私のネイル褒めてくれたのでめちゃくちゃ嬉しかったです♡ でも総合的にとても満足してるのでぜひまた利用させて頂きたいと思います(*^^*)
