I booked kamon hotel 6 months prior to our trip to osaka. So far this is BEST hotel to stay in namba area. It’s really near everything! You have family mart few walk from the hotel and 7-8mins walk to train station. 8-10mins walk to Kuromon Market. We llved this hotel so much even if it’s our first time. My expectations to this hotel is 5 star! all the staff are nice and very very accommodating. Very nice interior and ambiance. They even have a free coffee and water at the lobby. We will definitely book here every time we visit osaka! And i will surely refer this to my family and friends! My family loved this place! Thank you for the great experience

We loved the free coffee and detox water that served as amuse bouche, we also loved the fragrance spritzer in the elevator. Most of all, we loved the spacious tub, definitely felt bigger by Japanese standards, if you know what I mean. Had a great sleep. We’ll come back again. Oh did I mention, it’s so close to Kuromon Ichiba market? You can practically wake up, walk in your pajamas and have fresh breakfast over there, and sleep again.

Superb location ”
Very good location!! Near to Namba stn and all those shopping area! The room is quite spacious. Although the bathroom is abit small, guests are allowed to use the toilet outside. It’s abit inconvenient but the toilet is very clean and also very near to our room. So overall we are happy with our stay in Kamon.

Comfortable and friendly hotel”
My three-night stay at Kamon Hotel Namba was exceptional. Arriving on a late night flight, a friendly staffer greeted me and got me sorted and in my room very quickly. From the personable and helpful staff to the breakfasts and complimentary luggage storage (post-checkout!), I’d stay at Kamon Hotel again. It’s a bit off the main drag in Namba (an alley off of an alley) but less than 200 meters from Namba Center and all of its culinary offerings.

Quiet place in the heart of action packed Namba area”
The hotel is walking distance to everything. Near nippombasbi subway, kuromon market, dotombori, namba walk, etc. Space is small but manageable. Super clean! Breakfast was fab!

Central Hotel”
It's a very Japanese hotel where the rooms weren't too huge. The hotel was very accommodating as I had a last minute guest (total of 3 people) and for a small fee, my extra guest was allowed to stay with us. The 2 double bed rooms were very nice but be warned there isn't much space. The best part of the hotel is the location! We walked to all the Osaka highlights in minutes. In comparison to Tokyo where we walked 30 mins+ or had to take trains everywhere.

This is a new hotel, it's very small room but most places in Osaka have small room. But I really loved the hospitality, the staffs are very nice and helpful, breakfast is worth it. Near namba and the subway. Will come again.

Located at one of the quiet lanes next to Nipponbashi station. Excellent location - situated within walking distance to Kuromon market, Namba Walk and Dotonbori. It’s a small cozy boutique hotel. New and modern. Reception area is nicely done up. There’s welcome drinks and free coffee. They have free board games and Nintendo console (retro Famicom) for rental too. Very friendly and helpful staff. They are more like a modern bed and breakfast hotel. No room service, buffet breakfast is available and they have a rooftop bar/restaurant. Housekeeping services are available. There is a phone to the reception at the lift lobby. Room was very clean and modern looking. Bathroom was spotless too. We booked the family room with bunk beds. Although it was expectedly small, the way it was designed and furnished made it cosy and comfy. The bunk beds had futon style mattresses. Unfortunately they are too thin and hard for me because I have a bad back. Good wifi reception. I enjoyed my stay.

The location of the hotel is fantastic and close to Namba Station, Nipponbashi MTR, Kuromon Market, Senichimea Shopping Street and a lot of eateries nearby. But, room is too small for us because we can only open our luggage on the bed instead of the floor. We booked for the twin bedroom (two queen beds) which is good enough for my husband and I plus my 4 years old little boy. Simple and delicious breakfast is good, staffs are very helpful and friendly. Overall is good and its worth for the money we pay. We have a pleasant stayed at this hotel and highly recommended to everyone.
