The place is really nice and comfortable. The customer service even better. We came back late around 10pm and no shuttle available, but the staff saw us walking and asked us to wait. They called shuttle to come and pick us.

This place is perfect for relaxing. We booked 4 studio suite and we enjoyed the stay very much. All my family members are satisfied and having their good time here. Thumb up for their hospitality. Very recommended. The only minus point is the breakfast, but other things are okay and beyond expectation.

Good place, beautiful and scenic and quiet. Only downside I see is that No vegetarian option in restaurant there. Should include at least 1 atleast during dinner and breakfast time as this place is very far away from other shops/restaurants.

All the staff there very nice and helpful. Very nice view and place. Didn't go to the waterpark, but went to the ecopark, skycylce and orang utan island. All are affordable and really had fun there. The room quite spacious for all of us (2 adults & 2 children 2-4 years old). We also enjoy fishing just from our balcony. Only cons is that really hard to find place to eat outside from the resort. Definitely will come again!

Everything was good. Only issue faced was that when checking in, we had to wait a long time for the room to get ready. The drivers were friendly and the rooms are very nice and clean.

Cheapest water chalet in Malaysia”
An enjoyable couple short getaway trip at Bukit Merah, although theme park can't be compared to other large theme park, overall everyting still perfect than expected. Friendly staffs, nature environment, big and comfortable room, etc. Thumbs up for this small theme park!

Its a very nice place that gives you peace and serenity. Lots of insects (Close your sliding door). Even saw a huge cockroach outside the room in the morning. Be careful to look all over the place for peepz that are afraid of insects :)

Nice place to stay if you are looking for a break from busy city life routine. Although theme park and orang utan Island closed due to Covid but you can still relax and enjoy the view of the lake. In term of cleanliness, quite bad. The toilet bowl is dirty and can see cockroaches are running around. If they can improve on that, it will be better.

We stayed only for one night. The rooms are comfortable,clean and well designed. It has an amazing view of the lake and most importantly is handicapped friendly. We did some fishing and managed to get at least 10 lampam fish from the balcony itself. We had so much fun! As the place is surrounded by eco nature, you will find many small insects flying in /out the room, ( need to close the sliding door) especially during night time. But for us it was not an issue. The hotel staff are friendly and nice. Except during checkout, those 2 ladies at the counter need to work on their PR with customers. Overall, everything is good. Definitely will come again.

Got its pros and cons. overall, just nice”
Pros - I love the location, feels very calming (and sometimes it gets too quiet that it might scare you, but nothing scary happen to me, hehe). The resort also got so many instagramable spot to take a picture. Overall, i love it, my daughter love it. Cons - maybe its bcs of the pandemic, only one restaurant open inside the resort, and choice of food is very limited. plus, no convenience store open at night. if u wanna go out, the buggy service is end on 10pm, so if u arrive late, u will have to take a walk from parking to the Kg Air (which can take about 5-10 minutes walk)
