Must-stay!”
I went here for 6 days with my best friend in Peace Corps and we had an excellent experience. The family-owned lodge is extremely clean and the owners are so friendly and helpful. It's a bit of a walk from the town center but honestly it wasn't a big deal at all for us since we don't mind the extra exercise. Wifi works well in the common room and the lodge is right near some of the best places to eat in Sagada (Gaia Cafe is 15 min away, Sagada Brew 5 min, and Shamrock is 2 min). Would absolutely recommend to everyone!

Our stay in kanip-aw is simply the best experienced we had in our 3days & 2nights Sagada Trip. It's location is near the town establishments like souvenir shops and restaurants. Aside from the cleanliness and warnth welcome of the lodge staff (ate Epi), We enjoy most the ambience, the stunning view of rocky mountian hill in our room's balcony and the peaceful super quiet place. We will book this place again when we come back. They also offer tours to all Sagada Adventure spot..

Value for money the rooms were spacious and clean. They have rooms for groups like the one we stayed. We are a group of 8. I gave 5 stars for the location even though it is far from the center because of the view outside your rooms. When we got they are still under construction for there expansion and it was a bit noisy in our room coz we can hear the drills. But above all, we had a great stay. They even arranged our trip to Marlboro Hills the next day.

Sir Oscar is very accommodating. In fact, he fetched us from the town center to where his place is located. He also helped us arranged our tours with Kuya Jay, who is also very witty and made our trip fun and educational. Their place is very accessible, clean, and they always make us feel at home. Indeed, their accommodation made our Sagada Tour, a trip to remember. 💟

Owner and Staff are very accommodating. Rate is cheap, room is spacious, clean, it has a kitchen area with complete utensils. Location is accessible to restaurants and store. Its overlooking the echo valley. I will can vouch that if you stay here its worth it.♥️♥️

We did unplanned trip in Sagada, found this place thru Agoda and booked it same day as we left home (Batangas). It was past 10pm when we arrived there. Tired and hungry, kuya Carlos (staff) didn’t hesitate to offer and prepare foods for us when he learned that we haven’t eaten and since Sagada imposed 10pm curfew most establishment are closed. He even helped us park & brought our things inside the room. This place did above & beyond in making sure guests have excellent and positive experience.

Its our first time to visit Sagada and we choose Kanip Aw Pines View Lodge because of good reviews. It gave us the feels of “home away from home”. Kuya Oscar who is very accommodating at the very start, he will help you to do your itinerary especially on looking for the best tour package. Definitely we will visit Sagada again and we will still choose Kanip Aw Pines View Lodge for our stay. This Place is Highly Commended!!

Great place with nature outside your window”
The hotel is great but....Sagada is only an overcharged tourist trap. So if you want to see the hanging coffins you will have to share the 800peso for a 3 hours walk...so my advice is "Don't go to Sagada" spend you money somewhere else. If you come from Baguio go to Mt Pulag and go back to save the money and hassle. (When we were there the blue soil and caves were closed so it was just a waste of time and money yet it's always fun to see a new place)

Kanip-aw is the perfect lodge if you want a home-like stay in Sagada. The location is very near the famous restaurants. The staff is exceptional and very friendly. It is not pricey but the view from the balcony is priceless. Overall, I would recommend this to my friends and will still book here on my next Sagada trip.

The place has exceptional views from the veranda and is very peaceful at night. The staffs are very friendly, accommodating, and helpful throughout our stay there. Suggestion: Put more visible signage of the hotel on the road so that it's easier to find. Update the contact number, too.

The room is adequate for 2-3 persons. Typical Filipino room and bathroom with water heater for the shower. Great to have veranda with clothes hanger. You can also see the mountain sides from here. It is also near local shops and restaurants.

We really love the ambiance of the place. The staff were nice, everything was in in order and clean. Even though the location was kinda far from Town Proper, but it was really worth it. The thing we really loved the most was the unlimited hot water to drink from lobby. 😍❤️ I really recommend this lodge in Sagada. The view from our balcony was so beautiful. ❤️

Highly recommended! Very ideal place for relaxation. While you will need to walk for about 10 minutes from the center, it's all worth it! The place is near many of the popular restos, very quiet, very clean, has accommodating staff, and excellent balcony view! Also, we arrived at 10 am but were allowed to check in w/out extra charge. We booked a room for two but was given a triple room! Absolutely awesome!

We had an amazing experience in Sagada. Kanip-aw is one of the reasons. We had a beautiful view from our room. The hosts are all nice, approachable and very helpful. We will definitely go back to Sagada and will still choose Kanip-aw :)

The location is quite far from the bus stop/city center, but the view is worth it. There's a veranda in the room where we had our breakfast. We cooked our own breakfast, we just paid a minimal fee to use the kitchen. Overall, I would recommend this place.

Room is very clean! We had the lowest floor so we had an unobstructed view of the Echo Valley. The stairs going to and fro to the top was a bit challenging but it's not really that difficult. The room was quiet and because of the lodge's location, we're away from the sound of cars/trucks, etc. Totally love the place! Will definitely go back in here!!

Everything was amazing. The only thing missing is an outlet in the room. We looked everywhere under the bed, behind the bed, on all four walls including behind the dresser and we couldn’t find an outlet to charge our gadgets.
