its more like an apartment rather than a hotel”
its well kept and clean, neat and comes with kitchen, utensils, water boiler, microwave overn, washing machine, dryer machine so it was very convenient for all 3 of us. The apartment did not come with daily housekeeping throuhout our stay there and you will be expected to handle your own housekeeping, since we are used to that sort of discipline it was relatively easy for us to manage. We were driving a car during the trip so parking was public parking and luckily for us it was just behind the apartment so it was an easy 2 minutes walk, the rate is very reasonable, anything above 12 hours will be 800 yen, otherwise its 100 yen per hour. Clean, value for money ”
Location was near kokusai dori shopping street (about 5 mins walk). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and facilities was good. Only downside was the building is near the main road so occasionally it could get a bit noisy, but overall we had a great stay here.

Place is clean, and very friendly staff. It's small but for the price it's extremely great value for a short night stay. I didn't know they have a back parking area that I can unload my luggages. Hotel recommended parking place is also a very short walk so it's not an issue for me.

This is a apartel that is not overpriced and located in a nice location. I chose this hotel because it is located near Double Tree where we can get on a day tour bus. It is quite difficult to find a nice hotel that can accommodate 3-4 people in a room with a short walk to Yui Rail. The staff is also very nice and responsive to emails.

Very small unit with very very small bathroom and narrow walk way in the room. ”
Staff at reception speaks very little English but was friendly and assist us to our building which was another building a few streets away (walking distance). Once we were at our unit, were on our own. We had booked this place for 3 nights and all the necessary items such as toilet rolls, beverages were provided for our stay. Bed was comfy but pillow was so flat. Room is really small and squeezy and only one person can walk pass at a time to/fro bed to bathroom. Surroundings were quiet and is short walking distance to the Monorail station. Basic needs were satisfied and i guessed staying in Naha City is expensive. Would recommend travellers to find somewhere inside Kokusaidori as there are nothing much if you stay outside the shopping streets.

Superb Location , Good Facilities”
I reserved for Annex Room , different location from the main building. This place located very close to public transport , Both monorail and bus. You can take most of the bus from NAHA bus terminal so it's very convenient to travel by bus. If you take HipHop day tour , you can select boarding point at Double tree hotel, which very close to this place also. Room very new and clean, Full of facilities (fridge, microwave, TV with VOD, washing machine). Vending machine and water cooler available at the reception. There is a few Convenient stores and a few izakaya restaurant around. You can take 10 Minutes to walk to Kokusaidori shopping street.

Accommodation is located near the monorail, and about 10mins slow walk to kokusai dori street. It is also near a car renta shop which makes our trip travelling around okinawa very convenient. Monorail to naha airport is within 20mins. Hotel room is clean and equipped with all the basic amenities and toiletries. Overall a pleasant stay throughout.

Good location, near to station and walking distance to the city centre. Staff is very friendly and helpful with providing information. We had the annex room, which is spacious and comes with great amenities. All is great except we found small ants and coffee stains on the cups when we checked-in. One side note also the mattress is a bit hard for us so we didn't feel so comfortable with sleep at times but it could be an individual preference. No parking space as this is city but found a 24 hours parking spot less than 2 mins drive from hotel. It costs about 700 yen for 24 hours parking so it was a good deal. Definitely recommend this hotel to those who wants value for money and good location to city centre shopping.

My only negative is that Agoda do not tell you that there is nothing to distinguish this building as accommodation. On the day the front office ( which had no signage indicating a reception) was full of laundry so we assumed laundrette,!!! We were given the address of the annexe on our booking which was all the more anonymous When finally finding a staff member (by accident) we were eventually booked into main building. Apart from a pretty sour start it was very convenient and fully self contained so excellent fora few days

Small in size but you will amaze with the ID! You will definitely like the room and it’s facilities. Toilet is attached in room unlike others hotel in Naha. This is our first time using the hotel’s kitchen, washer and dryer. The location is good and staff are very helpful!
