Clean, spacious, well thought and designed stay”
Room was clean, new and spacious with comfortable bed, got everything we needed. Staffs were very friendly, the space and decoration were very well taken care of, plus, two cute chicken and a husky to brighten up the stay. The location is a little further away from the town (a few minutes drive away), but on the other side very peaceful. Plenty of parking space. Breakfast was alright.

สกปรกมาก ทั้ง 2 ห้องที่จอง ผ้าปูที่นอนเต็มไปด้วยขนและผมของผู้พักคนก่อน แมลงและยุง ห้องพักขาดการดูแลบำรุงรักษา I made my booking for two SUPERIOR STUDIOs through Agoda at a non-cancellation rate with a "pay at property" option, and without the government campaign. A staff called me two days before arrival requesting that I make a 50% deposit via bank wire transfer. This was ok to me. I thought it was COVID-19 rebound, and the hotel might want a deposite to secure their income. Then, I paid the rest 50% on arrival. I think it was ok at some point, given that the staff was very, too, polite, exaggerating so to speak. After the payment and the check-in process, I and my group had to take our luggages to the rooms ourselves. The room appear as shown in the ads photos, but I found several pains that brought up concerns about maintenance, cleanliness and hygiene. One light bulb on the ceiling was out of order, and another blinked once in a while the whole time. The worst thing was the bed sheet. There were lots of hairs short and long on the bed sheet, yes, lots of hairs. Too bad I found out about the hair when I was to go to sleep which was after 10 pm. I did try calling the two numbers, one of the frontdesk and the other of wifi password, of the property, but no answer. Noted at check in, staff said fromt desk was available til 10 pm. The staff told me that I needed to call the owner after 10 pm if something happened. There was no emergency number anywhere in the room. Imagine what would happen if there were a serious situation after 10 pm. So, I ended up using the duvet cloth and used it to cover this rotten sheet. At check out, I did inform the front desk about the problem, but the staff apologized with a "sorry", and as though this often happens, the staff said "Did you used your duvet cover to solve the problem?" Other pain points: Air-conditioning system is dirty with dust and stain, it is also noisy. Bathroom is dirty with stain on toilet and thick dust on centi

Location is quiet but nice for avoiding the noisy road. Small house consist of 5 rooms only which is comfort and nice. Breakfast is under your choice from 3 menus. Great stay and convenience, good value.

ที่พักอยู่ไม่ไกลจากเมือง แต่ถ้ามาดึกๆถนนนาก่วมจะค่อนข้างเปลี่ยว และที่พักปิดประตูรั้ว เราต้องลงไปเปิด-ปิดเอง บรรยากาศดีค่ะ ไม่ติดถนน ค่อนข้างสงบมากๆ มีสนามหญ้ากว้าง มีไก่และม้าเป็นสีสัน ห้องพักสะอาด กว้างขวาง หน้าต่างบานใหญ่เห็นวิวสวนกว้างๆ เตียงนอนหลับสบาย อาหารเช้าให้สั่งเป็นจานเดียว เลือกตอนเช็คอิน แอบไม่คุ้มเท่าไหร่ แต่ใช้วัตถุดิบคุณภาพก็พอหยวนได้ค่า
