Katikies Hotel is a beautiful hotel in Oia and the staff/team are amazing. They made my stay in Santorini memorable. I stayed in Room 4, and similar to other reviews it is not a quiet room. Particularly, the housekeeping room is around the corner, you can hear the staff through the thin walls in the bathroom and rustling noises.

Perfect. We couldn't love our stay there more!”
We were upgraded to the suite from the double room upon arrival, with our own terrace and outdoor jacuzzi facing the caldera. The room was beautiful and spacious. The view was simply stunning, and you can actually enjoy the sunset even in front of the suite while sipping the perfectly-chilled white wine, complimentary from the hotel. We totally love the infinity pool, and it was really pleasant to have breakfast by the pool. The staff are welcoming and lovely. We had a great night and unforgettable night in Oia, thanks to Jaqueline and her team. We definitely will come back.

We had fabulous time. Rooms are smaller however meets the Oia architecture. All the staff were friendly and very professional. From reception MaryHelen to food n beverage team Panos Maria etc service levels were amazing. The team truly know how to make you stay comfortable and luxurious.. very accommodating and will in future stay here again

Expected much more”
I have to be honest and say that I was quite disappointed. The hotel is beautiful and well staffed. However the only staff who impressed me was the porter. We booked junior suite with CALDERA VIEW. When we checked in and were brought to our suite (it was a loft), we were quite shocked to see that the suite did not have any windows (except a tiny one at the upstairs of the loft where only the minibar and a couch was situated), much less a view. We had to ask if they had any other rooms available for them to give us a room with a view - but not before the staff told me something about how we booked a deluxe room and they had already upgraded us etc. She was polite about it, but all the hassle (we had to wait quite a while for the change) and confusion was not how we had planned the start of our stay there. The room we got in the end was okay, but for the price we paid it was nothing impressive at all. They had a heated pool in the hotel, but the temperature of the water was still too cold for any human beings to frolick in - anyone who took a deep came back up freezing within 10 minutes. Staff performance was also not fantastic - we had received much more personalised and attentive service elsewhere. All in all I would say for the price I would rather stay at Grace.

Maravilhosa! Ao chegar uma grata surpresa: como presente de aniversário (60 anos), a gerência nos ofereceu 02 up-grades de quarto. Lindas acomodações; vinho com frutas de boas vindas;todo tipo de conforto: Ipod com ótimas seleções de música; roupões de banho e pantufas; produtos de primeira no banheiro (Bvlgary); hidromassagem grande e moderna; geladeira sortida; TV moderna, roupas de cama limpas e de luxo; café da manhã excelente e sortido servido no horário escolhido e na varanda do quarto; piscinas de borda infinita debruçadas para o Mar Egeu; restaurante excelente com linda vista e a melhor comida que já provei na vida ( Parabéns ao chefe do Gourmet! ); gerente educadíssimo, simpático e muito eficiente ( Alejandro), ainda por cima falava português!
