Staff are not aware of the booking but she is kind and courteous. AC took 15hrs to get cold, they use low powered hp for ac but you get what you pay for.If you are a foreigner book somewhere else.This is for realy low budget stays that will just help you sleep over the night. Door is not sound proof as you will hear cars and motorcycle from outside.
