Great place to stay and budget friendly”
I booked for a family suite and expecting for a room with 2 queen beds only as shown on picture, I was shocked to see the room they have for us, it was a big room that has a personal ref, living room, dining, 2 bedrooms (1 queen size bed and 2 single beds on the other room), 2 bathrooms and one has a tub. Got a budget friendly room, cheap price for a superb room. My family enjoyed staying at this hotel, everything in their photos are exactly the way they look physically at the hotel. The bar (red pub) and singer is also great, prices for foods and drinks are reasonable. We checked in late because when we arrive the room is not yet ready, but this is understandable as it was a peak season during our stay because of the Hot Air Balloon Festival, to compromise with the late check in, they adjusted our check out time. Staffs were friendly and very accommodating as well. Next time we'll visit Angeles, we will definitely book a room at this hotel and will recommend this to our friends.

Great Stay !!!!!”
Well I enjoyed my stay at the Kay Hotel and residence and the staff from the time I checked in and getting to my room and also they ensure that my Wi-Fi was working great. I needed a few items in my room and the housekeeping staff was very punctual and accommodating to ensure I have everything I needed. The front desk clerks were very good and informative of the area and the hotel I really enjoyed it I will stay again.

Stay well away ”
The good: Checking out. Basement car park for my scooter The bad: No hot water, and when ‘fixed ‘ was just luke warm, weak water pressure. Air con set and not able to vary cooling or fan speed. Rock hard mattress. Lumpy old pillows. To have the room serviced, very hot and miss. I had to ask for this respeatedlyon a number of occasions. Advertised PREMIUM TV channels , 7 in all and they catered for the mainly Korean guest. No cable available. I booked for 20 nights, but only stayed overnight for 8, as I had to move to a decent hotel. I lesson well learnt, pay a bit more to get ALOT more elsewhere. The photos are not a good indication of this hotel.

The place is nice., the view from the top is great. What i like the most is the swimming pool. It's clean and the water is not smell chlorine. The room is big and the blanket is so comfortable. We'll comeback for sure.

So-so”
I never got the room that I booked here in Agoda. I booked for a two bedroom suite but they said that Agoda didn’t communicate with them. So since it was late already we got the last remaining room they have (according to them) which is soooo small for 5 people. The staff are nice. And they said that they will just reimburse me thru Agoda the overpayment. Up until now, the reimbursement still wasn’t here (as of this writing).

Good for short stays!”
This hotel is in process of renovation and new management. The location is far from the main city area, about 15-20 mins walk. There are few restaurants nearby, only a seven eleven conveniently downstairs. The room is basic - don't have any high expectation here, its fine for a short stay. Staff is accommodating but appears to be quite new to hospitality and needs to get better trained.

The shuttle should be free for all guests, i was told if you book thru agoda or online the shuttle is not free. Also , the hotel restaurant should have more choices of food

Bad Service”
Wifi everyday I advised the receptionist there was no. Wifi everyday same response Madam will get someone to look for you. Finally on the last day we have wifi. No hot water I advised when we arrived and they only had a look because I followed the service man. When they fixed it the shower head was replaced and a magic switch turned on for old water. Charged 600 pesos for using car service on 2 days, whilst checking out, receptionist asked for payment it wasn't a problem but they have no card service and when I paid in cash no reciept. Dates confessed on the second last day of departing they asked madam what time are you checking out today. I was surprised and said I had another day showed her my voucher but she didn't believe me so I had to present her with a printed copy. Room to be cleaned requested this and was done at 5pm. Hotel did not offer a discount or an apology for my inconvenience.

One Night at Kay Hotel & Residences”
As I got off the taxi at the entrance, the hotel façade impressed. However, as I got into the lobby... that impression fell down by about 30%. Check-In took a while...staff full of smile but not sure if she fully understood my reasonable English. Then, as I proceeded to the room, with the bell boy, there was only 1 lift working and with no ventilator. The level corridors were also with stale and still air. As I entered the room.... hmmm... another 30% drop in expectation. Room was really plain... sheets were dusty and stained in bits. Tried to login WIFI but the given password was rejected. Asked the bell boy for assistance but was told to call front desk. Asked for extra pillow but was told to check with housekeeping. Asked for a bucket of ice but was told to call room service. I travelled light so it was just my small bag which I carried myself. So for zero assistance rendered... he still was waiting for a tip... which I gave. Checked the phone after he left... no number directory sticker on the phone for all those in-house hotel services. So I kind of managed to get front desk by pressing some buttons at random. Next morning... was charged for breakfast even though the booking was with breakfast. Checkout took like 20mins. Just wanted to get out of that place as soon as possible.... never going back there again.

I think the hotel is under new management”
The room is ok but so uncorfortable in the sense of our key card hang so we cannot access our own room so we had to call the reception for how many times..we request for pitcher or water but how many times we called them to update for the water...the balcony was so messy because i think of udergoing construction...about the breakfast we had to wait for a minute because they dont have enough food in the counter which is not good..

don't waste your money”
This hotel id's not worth your money. The staff is impolite and not helpful. The pool is cloudy and filled with trash. The restaurant has very little selection and has no table menus. You have to order from a chalk board on the wall. I had breakfast included but had to fight the manager everyday to get breakfast. Daily room clean up was always late and never replaced the toilet tissue or the two complimentary bottles of water that were promised. Had to go to front desk and complain everyday to get these items replaced. Front desk called the room at midnight on the second night just to do a courtesy check up on the room. Do not waste your money on K Hotel. There are far better choices you can make.

Booked a family suite and all the pictures in Agoda is not the same when we enter the room. No refrigirator, no microwave, no bath tub and the sofa in the living room area is very different. The sofa in the picture is L-shape but when we enter, it's just a two seater one. The breakfast is in plate with scambled egg, bacon and bread. No utensils given to us but when we asked, the staff gave us a huge one (trying to be rude). There is a trolley for luggage and groceries inside the living which they said they have been looking for it. Totally disappointing.

Improovment needed”
I was about leaving as I entered. Room lock did not work, spend 1/2 hour to enter the room. Room was not prepared with towels, accessories, etc. Not proper cleaned, plastic bag with trash left in a drawer, Cigarettes leftovers floating in balcony, etc. This is too bad.

just checked in last sunday,booked a two beds room,clear show in photo for the Premier Deluxe type has mentioned two beds there.upon checked in ,the front desk staff told me to add money for the beds!!so sucks,its a lying behavior if the photo showed not real when client check in ask for add money.the staff look so unwilling to help as well.until i said will call the police as they dont let me refund as well. by that time it almost 12midnight!!
