NEVER AGAIN”
First critic goes to Agoda.. this place is definitely nothing near the description in the site. I suggest Agoda makes an ocular inspection. This is a ran-down place, There is no reception, the place is barely lighted. We had no choice but to book this hotel because we were not aware that rooms are booked during Penafrancia Festival, we came late in the evening. We had a hard time looking for the place because the signage is well lighted, faded and partly damaged. In the resort there is no reception, we had to call out loud for someone to come out. A local family, elder person in shorts with no shirt and a young lady in casual house clothes came out of a ran-down house and asked if we are guests. The rooms are less than basic.. no Clothes cabinet, no toilet paper, no soap or shampoo, only one towel for a double room... etc etc.. just too much elaborate. In a nutshell, this place in not recommendable and barely to be considered a resort and the description on the site have no resemblance to what awaits you. Total disappointment.

Beautiful secluded resort”
The room is very basic, needs maintenance and some upgrade like maybe repaintingof the chairs and table. Otherwise, good place to sleep as ccomfortable enough and truly quiet. We were there for Batang Pinoy Luzon 2014 and i couldn't have picked a more perfect place. We were walking distance by Metro Naga Sports Complex and a straight ride to Our Lady of Peñafrancia Shrine where we brought the kids to church before the swimming event started. There were grilling facilities down the small walk going to the swimming pools so were able to stick to the diet of the athletes and didn't have to turn to junk food. The 25 meters pool was a truly great deal as the kids had a chance to do laps. There is also one smaller pool with shooting water on it. I think the place was a good find on such a secluded place.

If you're looking for cheap, this is the right for you. I stay here during Peñafrancia feast and all hotels are double price. This is just 15mins away from the center so it doesn't matter. They have swimming pools, No internet, No restaurant. But it is very accessible by public transportation

Nie wieder !!!!!”
Das Zimmer ohne Spiegel, kein warmes Wasser, Handtücher, Seife und Toilettenpapier erst nach Aufforderung, die Tür vergammelt, das Gebäude in einem schlimmen Zustand, keine Möglichkeit etwas zu Essen oder zu trinken zu kaufen ! Das einzige akzeptable war der Pool ! Agoda sollte dieses " Resort" ganz schnell aus dem Angebot nehmen !!!!!!!
