"This place is beautiful! Don’t be fooled by the exterior of the hotel (from far it looks a little dated and worn), but it’s a gem on the inside. Our room was spacious and the private onsen in our room was one of the best I’ve ever been in. Food was quite good, but perhaps the service could’ve been better. "

"Hi Ambo, Im Raina from Indonesia^^ thanku for your kindness while me and my boyfriend staying at your house. I had been spending 15 days in Japan, yet night at Kanzuno which is your home, is the most memorable stay among all. In addition, I would recommend this house to travellers due to its clean, comfy, and also big. The host is super friendly and helpful. Me and my boyfriend wanted to go to nearby restaurant which was booked by the host without we even asking about it. Super great services^^ would love to go back:)"
