Bit of a walk to Centre”

We stayed at Keepsa the first night in Gangtok. Pros: -It's perched on a hill, so views of the mountains are good -The staff were polite -Room was clean, including bathroom that had a tub and hot water Cons: -A 7 minute walk to MG Road. -On a hill, so beware that the climb back up is steep and tiring -Breakfast was not good or hot - cold mashed potatoes (yuck) -They told us 7am for breakfast. Food only finished coming out at 8am -Overpriced compared to other and better hotels in the area

the stay was OK no WIFI the sad part hotel do not have name also on the property.The complimentary breakfast pathetic.Hot water having fix time morning 3 hours and evening 3 hours. The owner should have bath with hot water to write the experience better. The hot boiling water coming from shower suddenly,i applied soap all over and opened shower for wash suddenly hot water came and i fell down grace of GOD nothing happened.It is dangerous.

Great Stay at Keepsa Gangtok”

It was an overall well enjoyed stay at Keepsa Room was really good & spacious the only thing is front office not proactive in hospitality. No Internet availability.

pathetic service and no value for money”

Even though they say they accept all cards, it was not working when we visited hotel. The receptionist had drunk when he was on duty, he made us to walk 2 km in the night to get the advance money for next day trip in the night 9PM(we were completely new to the place and had been to sikkim for the first time) just for their mistake of non-availability of card payment. Whenever i asked for a receipt for payment they had not given it on time. Service wise it was really a bad experience for us. And personally, definitely don't recommend staying in keepsa.

superb hotel at a great location”

Very well located hotel. 5 min walk from mg marg. Food was great. Rooms very very cozy and comfortable. Staff was prompt and very polite. Would recommend this hotel to my friends.

we had a great stay though it was disgusting to find that our 3 days bookings were cancelled & mess up by agoda.com it was very nice of keepsa's staff & general manager who gave us accomodation at the last minute though the hotel was full and no rooms were available. i hope you have paid the hotel for our 3 nights stay.

Hotel glacial et sale en hiver. Personnel très sym”

Nous sommes arrivės a 8h30 du soir après une longue route. Nous avions reserve une suite. Pas d'eau chaude en arrivant, pas de chauffage dans la chambre. Nous avons dû demander un chauffage d'appoint et nous réfugier dans la chambre de la suite, seule pièce que nous pouvions chauffer. La moquette était maculée de tâches, le coffre fort ne fonctionnait. La porte était noire de crasse. Pas d'Internet en arrivant et durant le sejour de longues coupures. Vue sur les voisins Pour plus de la nuit ça ne vaut vraiment pas le coup. Par contre le lendemain on a obtenu la chambre, ce n'etait pas une suite mais au moins la vue est belle. Nous avons également pu avoir deux petits chauffages d'appoint. Par contre l'eau chaude est de 6h a 9h le matin et le soir et la réserve n'est que de 25 litres par chambre. Un point très positif : le personnel et vraiment très sympathique
