Great location”
The hotel is ideally situated - within walking distance of the Daimon and Hammatsucho stations. You can take the train from and to Haneda Airport from the Hammatsucho station. There are various restaurants to choose from in the vicinity. There are 3 convenience stores where you can get supplies and some hot food, nearby: 7/11, Family Mart and Lawson. The Lawson is in the same building as the hotel and connected by a door in the lobby. It is open 24 hours. We were lucky to have arrived during the week that they offered free breakfast with the room, even if you had not signed up for it. Much appreciated. The room is small (but slightly bigger and better laid out than a previous hotel I had stayed in last year) but they have made efficient use of the space. It has a fridge, kettle and even a safe and they provide an ample supply of toiletries including robes and slippers. For each day you use the Eco option you get a free water bottle for each occupant. The staff was excellent and helpful

Hotel is new, very clean, and hotel staff were very helpful. Housekeeping was efficient.”
All the essential needs are available at Keio Presso. Complimentary breakfast is good and I have no complaints whatsoever with the variety. A lot of convenience stores are nearby with a Lawson adjacent to the lobby. A good three to five minute to the nearest Tokyo Metro subway station and a seven to ten minute walk to a JR train station. A good selection of restaurants and pubs are around the Hamamatsucho area with Fujisoba and Ippudo great starter places when you arrive. All in all my family and I loved our stay at Keio Presso

Excellent location which is only 3 min. walk to the subway and 5-10 min. walk to Tokyo Tower. Room is a little bit small but new and clean. The design of the bathtub is great which make showering very cozy. Breakfast is simple but delicious. Well recommended.

24 hr stopover in Tokyo”
We had an extended layover just less than 24 hr. we chose this hotel because of it's location being near to Monorail station to/from Haneda Airport. Room was very small but very efficiently laid out. As we arrived after midnight we just pretty needed a place to sleep . This hotel fit the bill. good clean room and a sufficient breakfast as well. Also close to Tokyo Tower and several subway lines. If you have more than a couple of pieces of carry on Luggage the space would be a problem . Would stay again

Value for money”
This is a good price we can get during the holiday season. There are a few train stations within 3-5 mins walk and JR station about 7 minutes walk. We like that the area is not as crowded as other parts of Tokyo. There are 2 super marts just below the hotel which was great for us. The breakfast was delightful given the price. Staff were helpful and polite. Room maybe a little bit too small for a family or a long stay.

Excellent in location”
The hotel is nearest by convenient stores, malls and well-known shopping street. Even though, the arrival from airport was quite rough that we had to take a distance-walk form the subway through the mall but it located in the area that can travels in the city easily. Restaurants and shops are nearby!

Happy Customer”
Keio Presso Hamamatsucho is a great hotel. We stayed for 2 weeks on our first trip to Japan. This is a business district near Tokyo Tower so it is quiet at night. There a lot of restaurants nearby and there are three convenience stores (7/11, Family Mart and Lawson) within a block, so ATM's and food is readily available. The Lawson is actually in the same building and connected by a door in the lobby. Every day we had breakfast at the hotel and then went on the subway to go sightseeing. We usually tried to avoid rush hour so the trains were easy to use. The hotel is within easy walking distance of two subway stations and a JR Yamanote station. The JR station is Hamamatsucho, the Haneda Airport Monorail terminus so getting in and out of town with luggage MUCH easier. Only 1 USB port and two plugs in the room, so bring hubs! Breakfast quality is good but selection limited and pretty bland. Room and bathroom are small but space is efficient. Has safe, fridge and kettle

Good Service from the staff of Keio Presso Inn Hamamatsucho”
I stayed at the Keio Presso Inn Hamamatsucho for 4 days last week and I could say that I enjoyed the quietness of the surrounding area. I could easily reach the minimart across the hotel and enjoy the Tokyo tower from afar. Very recommended for the one who's looking for the peacefulness of Tokyo. However, it's quite far from the Hamamatsucho JR station (around 10 minutes by walk)

Business Hotel”
Great location, walking distance to Tokyo Tower and Zozoji Shrine. Convenience stores are everywhere around the hotel, except on weekends, the surrounding is deserted because it is a business district. Weekday is bustling. Rooms are acceptable as Japan hotel rooms are relatively tiny. Setbacks are the staff can’t converse in English and breakfast is monotonous
