The hotel is in the Center of Cairo right next to the Nile. Rooms are clean and we love it’s attention to all details. Check-in, concierge, room service, breakfast were all perfect. We would recommend to all travellers who would like to stay in the city Center for a comfortable stay!

Excellent hotel, great service”
After 8 days in hell on a ill-planned Egypt tour led by a very unprofessional Nisha Amin from Narat tour company, we checked into this hotel and discovered a small slice of paradise. 3 of us shared the Junior Suite and found it to be spacious, well stocked with every amenity and a butler a call away. The furnishings were tasteful, having 2 bathrooms was a plus point. We asked for an extra bed. The staff are helpful and a majority speak English. Breakfast was excellent. Free use of jacuzzi and excellent massage if you opt for it. GREAT view of the Nile. Downside: Traffic noise more than expected. Room service a bit slow. But overall, a very enjoyable experience. Tip: In the suite, soft drinks were free but chargeable if ordered from room service. So be careful abt that!

Good hotel but not perfect”
Hotel is in a good location. Early check-in is a surprise. The room decoration is excellent, but there are some details need to be noticed. The mini bar says complementary Coke/Fanta/Sprite but they do not provide them during my stay, which seems to force customers to buy drinks. Weight scale is not working. Hair dryer can not be used in bathroom due to the different socket/plug. The luggage could not delivered to room within 15 mins after check-in, I have to call to request. Except these small details, the hotel is still good and worth to be recommended.

I have a major cleanliness concern and a very hard to please person when it comes to this but let me tell you, the place is spotless, super clean, luxurious, staff are incredibly nice and knowledgeable and helpful ALL OF THEM and I absolutely enjoyed being there so much. Will never go to a different place while in egypt.

Kempinski is always of best service”
I stayed in Kempinski Royal Maxim in Cairo & it was superb. Then stayed in Kempinski Nile & the service was as great. The only thing this hotel is a bit small as compared to Royal Maxim. The bathtub is bigger here. The Nile view was ok. Went to the rooftop for better view. Noise is as usual in Cairo. Overall it was great.

Room is super clean”
Love the room. Very comfortable and clean. Rooftop pool and bar is a plus. Good place to relax after a long day at work. Front desk staff are great and very helpful. Just didn't like some of the staff at the parking lot. They work with the taxis and tried to overcharge us when they are supposed to help. That was a bit disappointing. But overall, hotel is great!

Great place on the Corniche”
Fancy, efficient with amazing views from the pool and bar, and isolated, a little bit from, from crowded areas of the zone oversaturated of hotels and as a consequence of the hawkers thay do not stop to bother tourists. I also stayed few at the Steigerberger. If I would vist Cairo in the near futre, my first choice by far would be the Kempinski
