Smelly pillow and duvet”
The only good thing is this place is near a tube station. The pillow and duvet need to be washed frequently. Do you guys even wash it? The toilets are clogged with tissues and cant be flushed. Disgusting.

First time I arrived at the hostel, there were no pillow, blanket on my bed. When I called them, they brought a very old set to me in 3 hours (after 1am). Kitchen is dirty and close at 11pm. I asked 2 guys in hostel reception whether a delivery man can send me a some stuffs and they can receive on my behalf when I am not at the hostel or not. The both agreed I can do it, no problem. But when the TESCO delivery man came to the hostel, the refused to received my things. I asked the delivery man to give his phone to the reception so that we could have a talk. Eventhough I confirm I am their guest, my room number and bed number, they said they didnt know about that and it was not their responsibility. I had to fly back to my country in the next morning. I lost £100 of the ordered goods. Terrible hostel receptionists that I've met !

Staff, miserable, surly, ignorant, load music when checking in, playing on mobile phones, people who stay are mostly workers or people claiming benefits, a few backpackers. Had a guy doing drugs in the room, place is unsafe, rooms small, bedding old and dirty, people don't shower. OK to stay if you are a drop out

The kitchen is very dirty, it does not seem to be cleaned often. Too bad there is only one table but there is a restaurant downstairs. The shower in the room is repainted in the phone box so that the other members of the room sees us naked. The smell of everyone in the room is just awful. There are things to review in terms of hygiene and showers in the rooms. it looks more like a home than an inn.
