Perfect for a family”
We booked this property, the two bedroom apartment on the second floor, for a few reasons. First, it could accommodate our family of 6. It had a kitchen and a washer. Second, its location to the West Kensington Tube Station and the Barons Court Tube Station. Third, it was near grocery stores, a pharmacy, and a pub. Last, the price. We paid $937 for 6 nights. Speaking to the street noise. It was loud. I would recommend earplugs if you are sensitive to that noise. The common area has a kitchen and living room space with a couch that can be made into a bed. Our 8 year old daughters slept on that. There are two bedrooms, each with a code on the doors. I understand now how the apartment could be shared by two different renters. I can see how others were put off by that not knowing going into the rental. The shower was a little weird. The high shower head did not work. There was a hand-held sprayer but it was awkward. We ended up taking quick baths.

Studio apartment was great”
Entrance to the apartment was secure, and the touch screen keypad was very fancy, and worked perfectly. The location is a very short walk from west Kensington Station, and several shops such as co-op etc. The studio apartment was clean, spacious, and had a toaster, kettle and microwave. The shower was great and in perfect working order. The thermostat didn't work but the space heater warmed the room up very quickly. The bed headboard was very squeaky, so might want to look into that if any guests are wanting to have a bit of nighttime fun. There was no noise from the rooms below, the noise from the main road on one side and train line on the other may disturb some guests, but I grew up on the a49 so no problems here! The washing machine door was out of order and there was no message/note to tell us this, but it's only a minor issue really.

Exceptional”
We stayed here as a group of 6 for my 30th birthday and it was amazing. Fantastic location from Kensington west underground. The apartment was so so clean and tidy. Very spacious with two big double rooms and a huge living/dining area. WiFi available, facilities to cook and clean. Fresh towels on the beds. It was really quiet, private garden area and no interference from any neighbours. The cleaner came promptly at 11am the next day to make sure we checked out ok. I would highly reccomend staying here, it was so easy and stress free and a very enjoyable experience.

Lovely practical place in a great location ”
We stayed in the double bedroom with private bathroom and it was everything we needed it to be. Slight wear and tear throughout the apartment but in general clean and neat. The en-suite bathroom is probably the best feature as it looks new is clean and actually has a full size bath rather than just a shower. Location is very good and only a short walk to West Kensington tube station. A bit noisy at night as the room is facing the really busy main road but it didn’t bother us too much. Comfortable & Secure”
This is good value accommodation for London. The downside it is on a busy arterial road out of London with no reception. My challenge was with the guidance & info on booking.com - I wasnt aware of/received any request for ID which was an important pre requisite for getting check in instructions. The number on the confirmation from booking.com was not a valid number and my messages to booking.com were not answered for over 24 hrs. Fortunately the staff at Kensington Apartments when I managed to contact them were super (it took an hour to find the building an a working number) So BE AWARE when you are booking that it is not enough to receive a booking confirmation! Follow up and get your check in instructions

Good location”
This apartment is close to West Kensington station. You can walk to apartment within 5 minutes. The apartment is large and comfortable. However, the second room is a too cold for the wind through windows and door, the heater is not warm enough. Overall are good for staying.

A lovely apartment ”
Fist off as mentioned in other reviews this is not a one bed flat but a shared flat with private rooms. That being said, don't let it put you off the location is with in a 5 min walk of two tube stations. The flat it's self is large and well equipped with a dull kitchen. A well speced bathroom and comfortable bedrooms. It was all very clean and dealing with the team was a joy. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment if you have any sort of extended stay it's like a home away from home.

Careful when booking”
Before I booked my 'luxury double room' I clicked on the associated photos and it showed a kitchen, bathroom and dining area. The description stated in one part that I had a kitchenette and the photos seemed to.imply that I had the full kitchen, bathroom, dining area etc for my sole use. After booking it was apparent that I was sharing these facilities with another double room. I read through things and I recognised that this was evident before I had booked, but REALLY not clear (and I have booked a lot of places over the years). I accept that had not fully scrutinised the details before I booked. However, I feel it was really unclear, especially with the photos that were still associated with my booking that showed the full facilities seemingly for my sole use. I ended up spending 2 nights sharing an apartment with a man and felt quite vulnerable as there was no contact with staff members/other travelers. I would however stay here again and book the whole apartment as all else was gr8

Great location but can be noisy. ”
The location was really convenient. We were given the instructions prior to arrival but could not access our room. We had to call to get a 3rd code to access a communal kitchen and kitchen. We used the oven on our 2nd night and thought it had turned off. However the next morning the oven was still heating up. We repeatedly tried all the helpline and contact numbers for the Apartment, emailed but did not receive any response. The person in 2B eventually called the Fire department who found a fault with the stove temperature control. I am yet to receive a response from the Kensington Apartment. So we are pretty disappointed with them as it could have been a dangerous situation. We are booked to spend 4 more days here later in August so I hope our experience will be more positive.

My family n nieces were really impressed on the apartment spotlessly clean, comfortable, complete amenities, and perfectly situated close to the town, halal stores and restaurants, and a short walk to the bus/train station (not two minutes as per stated in the apartment explanation, not even a minutes). And affordable rental price. The info communication and responses to questions was very extremely excellent. The management, Mdm Romina, Operation Manager has taking care my small problem professionally. I definatly will stay here again and strongly recommend. Even for the last two vacation, we er staying here.

Location was okay but noisy-facing the main road”
Check in was easy with the code system. Apartment exterior was not clean, but inside was nice, clean and modern. heating works well, washing machine works well but the dryer was not working. The mattress in the master bedroom need to change-can feel the spring inside the mattress and Im only 70kg. Have limited car park in front of the apartment on Talgarth road. wifi is free and works well. The fridge is big. Room facing the main road-Talgarth road can be noisy. Locations was good. West Kensington station is only 2 minutes walking and Barons Court station is 10 minutes walk. Tesco express, Waitrose, chicken cottage etc, just few minutes walking from the apartment.

Spent the night here on new year's eve and it was good. It's not the newest but it was very clean and there were more facilities than we expected. I've read a lot of reviews saying it is noisy because of the nearby station, this is true but bring earplugs and it's no problem at all. Supermarkets are nearby and the underground takes you to the city centre really fast. The bed could be more comfortable but it was absolutely fine for a night. If I were to stay longer and would like to spend more time in my apartment/room I'd probably look elsewhere, but why stay in your room when you can discover all the beauty London has got to offer ;)

Lovely room and bathroom. The kitchen, was spacious and nice too. There was no mention on the site that the bathroom and kitchen was shared with one other person on the same floor (although we diddnt mind). Need to provide ID and send before 6pm is another key point. The outside of the apartment is nowhere near as glamorous as the inside, the windows need a good scrub and the exterior of the building a little refurbishment. The only con inside the kitchen was that the spark on the hob wasnt working so we had to buy some matches to light the gas. Overall a pleasant stay though and would definitely stay again.

Convenient, good place to stay comfortably ”
What i like about this apartment is convenient location nearby tube station and halal food. They also provide daily cleaning service and cooking facilities. The security of this apartment is good and the check in process was fast and easy. I love staying here and will definitely come back and stay here again.

Great stay for the price you pay”
Spacious apartment with great facilities. Very close to the train station for easy transportation around London. However, obviously in need of some work to make the place really great. There was tinfoil holding together the water pipes in the bathroom and the entire place needed a revamp. If a bit of work were put into the appartment it would be an incredible place to stay. May be an issue for light sleepers as the train goes right past the building. Overall, for the price I paid for the stay, it was well worth the stay. Had a great time.

This was probably the best hotel/apartment I’ve ever booked! it was such a beautiful place. The shared kitchen had everything you needed, from tea/sugar, Cutlery, oven, everything you name it. It felt like I was at home and I didn’t want to leave. I paid a decent price for this place and I would definitely book it again. Has an amazing stay

Near to tube station but could be noisy”
Pros: 1. Very near to West Kensington Station so that's convenient 2. Self check in and keyless entry so you don't need to carry a bunch of keys around 3. Price is reasonable for location Cons: 1. Can hear trains every few minutes and could be quite loud 2. There was a table fan and 2 hair dryers but only 1 hair dryer worked 3. Customer service isn't too great 4. Rooms are small and one of the room's lock don't work at the time we're there Would say it's good for a short stay and if you're really out and about all day and just need a place to sleep at night
