I have booked a AC room. When I checked in there is no cooing in the AC .I complained the receptionist she adjusted the AC and that it will work and then we went for sight seeing when we come back the AC was not cooling. There's no fan it is horrible to stay in this summer in a room with out AC and fan. We were not able to sleep. The receptionist just say sorry for our inconviniance. I have never met such a horrible night in my life. Paying nearly 36000T without sleep for a night.
