Came to do business in Sisaket, only Kessler hotel have rooms, good location. Room I so so, needs tender loving Care. Bed soft mattress. Free breakfast is just what it is, no orange juice, no tea, no choice of eggs only greasy oil sunny dide up...better be better next time.

Unbelievable and Discouraging”
This stay was an add on to the first previous nigh stay in Room with Shower after I requested a Tub / Shower Room as I brought my 5 yer old wh loves to soak in the tub. I guess the who room did not have any proper cleaning for month and month, however clean enough to stay in as this was the only Tub / Shower room available., any other room not available. The tube room, Bathroon, was as discrace. Milddew all over the edges of the tub , the toilet itself, the sink area as well as the main floor drain. The tub did not even have a stopper for the drain. When I asked the frot desk to bring up a maintenance guy, they sent up a boy! So needless to say, this was the last time to book at Kessiri Hotel. I will not go into the free Breakfast complaint. I pitty the front desk staff as they were too accommodating to my needs and very friendly.

Aircon is cold , staff is friendly, but TV movies don’t have , all cannot see, because the tv is old and I ask the hotel people to check the tv , they say the tv old and have some problems to tv Wireless model so all room cannot see, I ask them to check another room they say all cannot see the movie, all the room the same problems, I book 2 night and tomorrow I will check out and cancel 1 night booking the hotel, will move to another hotel, I hope they will change new tv, the tv is 15 year Liao

Excellent pricing but...”
The hotel is very old. That is alright, as long as it has been renovated, which is the case for this hotel. However, something about the lighting, interior or color of the room makes it a little scary. Interior is a bit scratched up. Bathroom is very dark. Bathroom ceiling has molds on it. The bedroom is okay, but furniture is quite old and not well cared. The bed is nice but the pillow is way too high and hard. My biggest complain is that in the morning of both days (Sat and Sun) at the hotel around 8-9 am, I was woken up by the very loud and nasty sound of grinder and hammer, most likely originated on the same floor (4th floor) or right in the next room from mine. For me, this is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. They should NEVER allow construction that create noise to start before 11 AM at least on Sat and Sun. If they really need to do it, they HAVE TO inform guests before they start it especially if it's on the same floor.

I just one night stay here. That's fine place for my company cost. Front officer is ok. I like the location of the hotel because there are many restaurants and night food market nearby.
