No Guidelines of how to go to the Apartment”
- The room was cheap compared to other accomocations in Brunei - However, we are having a problem locating the apartment. They should put located near Apek Utama Hotel and the check in of this apartment also should be done in Apek Utama Hotel. - The apartment fit for 6-8 people and it suits for family who wanted to come and spend one night in brunei. -The rest was okay.

Situated approximately 2km from the city center, this apartment is actually a part of Apex Hotel. It is a shop lot located at the opposite side of Apex Hotel. So when you are searching for this apartment using gps, just search for Apex Hotel. Complete with basic kitchenette, ours was equipped with 4 single beds and one queen sized bed. Air conditioner was only available at one of the rooms (the one with queen sized bed). The old-fashioned television set was not functioning (smoke came out when we switched it on) and never replaced/fixed even though we made a complaint to one of the staff. The drainage at the ceiling was leaking and we were having difficulty to open the door using the key given.

10mins drive to town/2bathrooms/accomodate 6pax”
The apartment is located at the 1st floor, shop lot. Not suitable for elderly to climb up the staircase. The kitchen cleanliness is poor. The fridge and toaster are dirty and we cant switch it on as it will make the whole apartment black out.The TV is not working properly.The apartment can accommodate 6pax (3 pax for each room). The location is very near to Bandar Seri Begawan, only less than 10 minutes drive.More convenient to rent a car as the public transport is not so frequent.

wrong name,not Kg ayer village apartment but apek utama hotel.our friends thought the apartment is at kg ayer itself and went there by boat to find it!check-in was fast.we cannot use one of the toilet (there is two bathroom)as water keeps running.one flick on the light switch of the toilet will turn the whole apartment dark (luckily,we have our own mcgyver in the house to fix it as the reception counter is on the other side of the building).another toilet problem,water is collecting on the floor after bath as the draining is very slow.no towels in the apartment,we have to ask the reception to get it.owner is helpful to print us a map of brunei and show places of attractions and local foods to try.cannot find the tv remote so ended up not switching the tv on.plenty of power socket to charge our devices.

The signboard for the apartment is not so clear”
Im looking for this place for 1 hour because this apartmentactually is Apek Utama Hotel Apartment which is separated to other shop building. But they never mention it before. The the cleanliness of the floor is not so clean. But overall is so budget apartment you can find in Brunei. And sleep quality is good. And some more you can make your own meal in this apartment. Will come back again if i have a chance.

그냥 그런 아파트”
시내가 멀지만 조금 걸어 나가면 다리 공사하는 곳에 항시 보트가 대기하고 있어 편하게 타고 갈 수 있었다. 저녁을 먹고 밤에 돌아올 때 소형보트를 타고 오는 것이 조금 위험하게 느껴진다. 기본적으로 브루나이는 대중교통이 불편하기 때문에 자동차를 렌트하는 것이 좋은데 우리는 그렇게 하지 않아서 조금 힘들었다고 볼 수 있다. 숙박업소는 그냥 조금 불편하지만 참을만 하다.
