Nice hotel, somewhat nicer the than the usual hostel I've been in. Spacious rooms, very clean bathroom.

Couldn't sleep well”
The price was okay for a location just a few steps away from the Old Street. The room was clean. Hot water was literally boiling even I just switched tap slightly to hot. I had to ask the staff to check if there was anything wrong with the tap. They were willing to help but it turned out that I had to be very careful to mix the water. The bed got a very thin layer of mattress, which made my back hurt all night.

성수기라 남은 호텔이 없어서 예약하고 갔는데 - - 이건 쑥소가 아니라 쓰레기입니다. 먹을 물도 안주고, 더운 물도 안 나오고, 수압이 낮아 사용할수도 없고, 또 밤에 옆 가라오께에서 떠들어 잠을잘수 없읍니다. 현지에가서 구해도 충분합니다

Thái độ nhân viên không chấp nhận được. Chúng tôi đến nhận phòng, chờ hơn 15 phút không thấy reception đâu, điện thoại không nghe máy. Các hành lang đều không có đèn. Cơ sở vật chất tiện nghi không đúng như trên hình quảng cáo. Và đặc biệt là chưa đến giờ trả phòng, khách sạn tự ý ngắt điện máy lạnh của tất cả các phòng. Không chấp nhận được!!!

Mình đặt phòng cách ngày nghỉ 1 tháng nhưng tới ngày mình đi thì ks nói hết phòng loại đó và không nhận dc book của mình, sau đó đề nghị mình đổi sang loại phòng mắc hơn nhưng mình không chịu và tính đi thì ks đề nghị upgrade lên phòng cho mình, khi lên đó thì tiện nghi không có và phòng rất rất rất lạnh, ly tách thì dơ. Sau đó mình xuống hỏi thì mới đưa cho mình cái remote của máy sưởi nhưng thái độ rõ chán, và đổi cho mình mấy cái ly khác dơ y như vậy. Tại khách sạn điều hành theo kiểu gia đình nên không chuyên nghiệp là chuyện phổ biến, nhưng mình vẫn mong có sự thay đổi tốt hơn.
