Great 5 night break ”
The hotel looks amazing, beautiful pool and beach. We spent hours in the pool as the water was warm, just perfect. The room was spacious and clean with views to the palace. Breakfast plentiful and delicious with good variety. We ordered room service a few times for lunch and it was very good. We also had dinner at the Kammoon restaurant and it was good, quiet as we sat in the non smoking area. There isn't much around the hotel but there's a mall a few minutes drive away and they have a nice food court. Overall the hotel is excellent, the staff are super friendly. I would definitely reccomend and go back if I could.

This is one of the best hotels we stayed in. Room was large with a sitting area with a couch. The room was very clean and modern. The staff at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and professional. They even gave us a bottle of water for being a Choice Hotel member. The lobby was nice and clean. lunch area was large. There were several kitchen staff members constantly monitoring the lunch items. All stuff were very nice and I specially thank receptionist Mr. Donald for good reception

Great getaway”
We've just come back from our stay, and feeling great about it. It was a short stay, however we got what we needed! There was a little mix-up about our reservation with Agoda when we arrived at the hotel, it didn't appear on their system. Glen, the lovely receptionist offered us complementary drinks while waiting. She completed our reservation with an upgrade to a premium room. It was a spacious one with a balcony! Loved it! The breakfast was good, and the waiters and waitresses are cheerfull. The sea is lovely, the pool is big and fun. We also spent some time with jacuzzi, and loved it too! We were running late on checkout time and Glen saved us from trouble by providing us late check-out too. We are very grateful choosing this hotel among others and meeting Glen, she is very professional at her job and giving off positive energy to the customers. Thanks a lot!

Tha hotel staff are efficient and fine mannered. They provide the most comfortable stay. Even the room upgrade was ptovided in emergency situation. Special mention to Ms Bella who made us feel at home and Joanna who attended and booked us in the next available room immediately. The place is sanitized and facility is a home away from home. The best hotel in Abu Dhabi ”
In terms of value and facilities, Khalidiyah Palace is the best. We have stayed here so many times because of it huge pool and pristine beach. Customer service is always excellent. Check-in and check-out had always been a breeze. All the rooms also have amazing views. The higher the floor, the better. Shout out to Donald in the reception for his exceptional services. He has checked us in a few times already. We have stayed in many hotels but this remains our favorite.

Best holiday hotel for 2020”
Who wouldn't enjoy waking up each morning having coffee on the balcony with Qasr Al Watan and Emirates Palace right under your nose. Service was superb given the threat of COvid with left and right disinfection in the lobby or pool given the generous rates they were offering on a winter season. My daughter enjoyed the pool and the playground so much. Staff were very courteous and helpful even the parking attendants at basement. Grocery was also available nearby for convenience. It was a great and relaxing stay indeed.

My husband and I love Khalidiyah Palace Hotel. Pros: + Friendly and professional staff + Free surprise upgrades during our last two stays + Great value for money! + Huge and lovely pool + Clean and beautiful beach area + Comfortable beds + Bigger than normal hotel rooms + Amazing views of the palace or the pool and beach + Free parking (It was valet parking before the virus struck) + Clean + Complete facilities + Amazingl y nice people in the reception especially Donald and Debbie. Value for money family hotel”
We enjoyed a 4 day 3 night stay at khalidiya palace rayhaan rotana. The family room was enough for my big family of 3 adults and 4 kids (2 toddler aged). Value for money with breakfast included. Large pools with playground that the kids enjoyed. Beach was also very near. Youssef in reception was very nice and gave us a late check out at 2pm. Staff are always pleasant. Will definitely come back again.

We were there for three nights. Everything was perfect. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the location was great. We had a balcony room looking out to the palace. It was magical. The resort style pool was really nice. The sea was like a warm salted bath. Definitely recommend this hotel.

I was very impressed by this Hotel. The staff was amazingly helpful, location and services were amazing (they even had bikes for you to ride by the Corniche Beach or water activities) and the breakfast was amazing too!! the hotel location is nice as it was walking distance to emirates palace and etihad towers. The best part is the pool and beach access which we really enjoyed the most plus our room has a balcony. Highly recommended if your looking for a budget friendly but nice place to stay.

Dont know from where to start, but really i have never seen a kind staff like their staff, the housekeeping supervisor Mr. Mesele was very very polite and kind and the check in/ out team was super polite and helpful, the only problem i found the wifi network was not covering most of the area, the network was covering only the bedroom but not the setting room.

The hotel rate is reasonable given the available room facilities and no. of amenities which the guests can enjoy during the stay. Rules and reminders on Covid health safety protocols are also placed everywhere especially in the public areas. Some changes to the usual hotel setting including contactless check-ins, stricter disinfections of fcilities, use of disposable glasses inside the rooms, online in room service and restaurant menus, assisted buffets, limited lift capacity, etc.. are also being implemented to adjust to the current situation. We tried to request for a room with a sea view but none was available. However, the hotel staff was courteous to offer a free upgrade to a corner suite facing the Presidential Palace which was good enough. We loved the wide spread of buffet for breakfast, also everything in the menu were very good and tasty! Hotel staffs were helpful and attentive to the guest’s needs. A downside may be the limited parking space close to the hotel which we luckily managed. Overall, we had a pleasant relaxing stay in the hotel!

We had a great week at this hotel and used many of the facilities. Personnel is very nice, food is excellent and the pool and beach is also wonderful. Make sure to also test the outside restaurant that serves arabic traditional food and try shisha after dinner
