Not recommended for old folks or infants as guest have to climb up the hill to reach the room. Generally is a great budget place to stay as the staffs are helpful during our stayed. Breakfast need to improve as only few selections.

TRASHY Poor Service, Moldly walls, Algae green swimming pool, Ants crawling allover buffet!”
Yes, there were ants and insects crawling all over the breakfast table food...all while the staff was oblivious to the guests, chattering away with each other, ignoring guests and made zero attempt to mind the buffet table. Ants all over the table food, INSIDE the milk for the coffee...INSIDE the container for the jam & butter, it was not hygienic, at all. I was never expecting 1st class service but this was horrible. The owner and the staff should take a class on Customer Service in Hospitality! Then there was the swimming pool (NOT AS SEEN IN THE ADVERTISING PHOTOS) which was full of green algae...couldn't even see through the water it was so green...I'll post pics on Google. and pics of the Moldy walls inside the room. Honestly...how do these people expect to get good reviews? And yes I know this is Vietnam and English is not there native language...but human beings can still communicate in friendly manner. These people needs lessons in basic etiquette! TRASH

Ferries Stopped Running”
We had checked out of our original economy hotel and then discovered the ferries were not running due to weather, so we only stayed one night, but it was great. They even allowed us to check out late (3pm) because it was raining.

Awesome staff”
My first impression of the dorm when i got there was bad because it was very durty and disorganized. But i guess it was not their fault and the next day everything was cleaned. The staff was amazing helping me finding a scooter to rent. Nobody had it for rent so they actually lended their own to me for a day. Superb.

Great Place ”
We stayed in 2 bungalows , have 4-6 year old children, we were moved from one bungalow to another after the first day but they offered us money back for the inconvenience, the staff couldn't have been more helpful, especially Chuc who could speak English, and Hein our cleaner (no English but was great with the kids). They helped book tours, helped with bags, were ready to jump to our every whim. Breakfast was limited but what was on offer was great, especially the lemon smoothies (much better without ice!) Bungalows were basic but clean and changed linen/towels everyday if needed. The only downside was the beds were super super hard, both myself and my friends had sore backs at the end of our stay and had both asked for extra duvaes to sleep on to make it softer. The pool was lovely and clean (a little cold for the kids). Bungalows were close to either pool or breakfast area which could be very noisy at night from other guests staying and socialising in those areas.

Found lingering odd smells,lots of Miskitos ”
Noisy environment , plenty of Miskitos to bother. Sewer smell from bathroom and we all woke up with stuffy sinuses indication moldy conditions. The property needed a good cleaning of debris , 7 am construction starts at near by properties But the staff was kind and knowledgable to the areas entertement the pool was well maintained.

Fijne kamer, werd elke dag schoongemaakt en we kregen schone handdoeken. De douche was verschrikkelijk. Kiezelstenen op de grond en een laf straaltje uit de kraan. Zwembad was oke maar mag vaker schoon gemaakt worden. Ontbijtbuffet was prima, werden eieren voor je gebakken, er was toast, mini pancakes en fruit. Ook vers sap en koffie, en soep en rijst voor de liefhebber. Je moet wel voor 9 uur/half 10 je bed uit voor het ontbijt. Wij hadden geen uitzicht op zee, maar zaten pal aan het zwembad, ook prima.

Gia đình đã có kì nghỉ rất thoải mái ở đây. Không gian thoáng mát, nhiều cây xanh thiết kế giản dị xinh xắn. Rất yên tĩnh, riêng tư. Phục vụ ân cần, sạch sẽ, thức ăn ngon, rẻ. Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại đây nghỉ ngơi nhiều lần nữa.

Khách sạn rẻ, nhân viên nhiệt tình”
Đến Phú Quốc các bạn chủ yếu đi tour nên khách sạn giá quá cao cũng ko để làm gì. Ở Khánh Duy dù nhỏ, hơi ít tiện nghi, ăn sáng gọi món chứ ko phải buffet nhưng được cái nhân viên vui vẻ, tư vấn tận tình, ngoài ra còn có dịch vụ cho thuê xe 4 chỗ đi tour khắp đảo và cho thuê xe máy. Nếu đến Phú Quốc lần sau tôi sẽ lại chọn ở đây.
