This hotel is a hidden Gem. A little tricky to get to but very close to terminal 3 NAIA. I was most impressed with the room. It was small but super clean, well equipped, comfortable bed, good AC, good wifi, good lighting. Most surprising was the bathroom. Incredibly clean, all the plumbing was properly installed, good quality fixtures, no leaks or "jerry rigging". Even had a Bidet on the toilet. Free water and coffee in the room and quality toiletries in the bath. The staff were super friendly, helpful and efficient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to stay near NAIA and is on a budget.

The hotel is located in the vicinity of the airport. It's very clean and provides all the necessary basic facilities. It's the perfect choice if you need to sleep between two different flights. It can be only a bit challenging to go there on foot as it is not clear how to cross the street and also google maps got lost in those narrow streets. I guess it's much easier during the day than at night.

The location is a bit dodgy to get too. But it's minutes walk from airport. 3 minuts by car. Hotel is very clean rooms are well equipped even have snacks.(chargeable) Drinks and food also avalable. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Wonderful place to have a rest between flights.

Spacious Room & Near T3 Airport”
The neighborhood is very crowded. But the hotel room is very quiet, spacious and well appointed. Well thought out freebies inside. Just like 4-& 5-star hotels. Suggestion: Please install a bolt lock from inside for the guest's sense of security (unscrupulous people can easily duplicate keys and access the room).

KHotel itself was great. It was clean and organized. the staff friendly and accommodating. The only downside was the location. It was located within a residential area and the roads were a bit narrow because of the parked cars. All in all the experience was good.

The staff was very friendly and helpful too. Because there was no elevator, they had to lug our heavy bags up 3 flights of stairs. The hotel was also very close to the airport. There was a 7 Eleven nearby. I will definitely stay again

The room was so clean when I enter, the staffs were friendly and it's near naia terminal 3. Though there's a lot of sounds in the hallway and this hotel is very hard to find. Overall, it's an exceptional and highly commendable.
