Looks like it was once a nice hotel”
The hotel is very big and grand right in the middle of the town but its best days are long gone. I chose the hotel as i really wanted a bath but there was ni hot water only from the shower which had a broken tap meaning ut always supplied cold water. The room was spacious but the aircon was broken and the room so hot i could not sleep at all. No fan supplied either. The staff were very nice and i think quite surised there was actually a guest. There are no facilities at this hotel

Old and Poor Service Hotel”
The hotel is very old though it may use to be top star hotel in the province. The hotel does not have adequate staff. The Mat is already out of function. No staff cleans room and customer needs to call and ask. The room's telephone is broken. Poor Hospitality.

Not Worth It For Me”
I live in Thailand and have stayed at many hotels. For the price this one rates at the lower end. The swimming pool was unavailable for some reason that I never understood and the staff was not helpful. Since we were not enjoying our stay, we didn't stay for the free breakfast so I have no idea if it was good or not. Maybe just a bad weekend, but next time I visit Suphan I'll be using a different hotel.

this hotel is near to town/markets.for me the eye hospital was not too far.there are many many interesting sights and temples worth a visit.the hotel itself provides a decent breakfast,and a bonus of a bathtub !!

Worst hotel ever. Staff were not helpful. ”
The staff was not helpful and seemed upset when we tried to look for facilities near front desk. Bugs covering walls. Probably more than 100 bugs or carcasses. . So much to list. When we told staff of bugs they did not seemed concerned. Room was like with the stench of mildew and smoke. I did a full review on trip adviser. Only recommendation is don’t stay here! Agoda states satisfaction guarantee. We booked out within hours of checking in to go to a clean hotel. No refund or even apology from hotel when they were told why we were checking out.

Wenn übers wochenende mal mehr gäste anwesend sind, gibts Frühstücksbuffet....schon sehr einfach gehalten.an wochentagen nur frühstück aus der küche.Alternativ...reissuppe oder ABF.Wollte beides und sollte 120 baht extra bezahlen...obwohl Frühstück inklusive.Nach massivem Protest gabs das ...armselige..ABF dann trotzdem umsonst. Hab schon viel erlebt..aber das war das höchste.

ตั้งใจจองเพื่อที่จะพาลูกว่ายน้ำเพราะไปงานปั่นจักรยาน แต่พอไปถึงเก็บของจะพาลูกว่ายน้ำก่อน สระใช้ไม่ได้ แจ้งว่าเพิ่งเปลี่ยนถ่ายน้ำ ยังไม่ได้ใส่คลอรีน วันพรุ่งนี้ก็จะยังใช้ไม่ได้เหมือนกัน ก็เลยเปลี่ยนที่พัก ทิ้งที่เดิมไปเลย สถานที่สงบ เงียบ เปิดบริการไม่ครบทุกห้อง อาจจะเพราะช่วงโควิดที่ผ่านมา(ทั้งที่ไปวันเสาร์) ถ้าต้องการใช้เป็นที่พักนอนก็ถือว่าโอเค ถ้าชอบสงบก็โอเคเลย สงบจริง แต่ถ้ามีคนอยู่ห้องติดกันแล้วเปิดฝักบัวจะได้ยินเสียงชัดหน่อย พนักงานมีความเป็นมิตร มีขอโทษที่เราต้อง check out ก่อนด้วย อาหารเช้าไม่มี ทำเลออกมาเดินเล่นได้สบายๆ ร้านเยอะ แต่ทางเข้าข้างหน้าถึงตัวที่พักเงียบไปนิดนึง

น้ำอุ่นช่วงกลางคืนแทบไม่มี ฝักบัวน้ำไม่พุ่ง น้ำแอร์ไหลทั้งคืนรองน้ำได้ 2 กระป๋อง พรมสกปรก ให้พักห้องที่แย่มากๆ ทั้งๆที่มีแขกไม่ถึง 5% เข้าพักช่วงกลางคืนแล้วจึงไม่อยากย้ายห้อง

รร.เก่า อุปกรณ์ทุกอย่างในห้องเก่า พรมไม่สะอาด ไข่แมลงฝ้าเพดาน เตียงเสริมนิ่มยวบตรงกลางเตียง นอนไปขำไป นึกว่านอนในอ่างอาบน้ำ 55555+ ผ้าห่มที่ให้มาเก่า ห่มแล้วคัน แอร์เย็นมากกกกก อาหารเช้าพอใช้ได้ โดยรวมถ้าแค่อาศัยนอน ก็พอได้ แลกกับย่านใจกลางเมือง มีของกินเยอะอยู่ ราคาห้อง 600กว่าๆไม่รวมชาร์จ ก็คงได้แค่ประมาณนี้
