The hotel located in downtown, near convenient store and restaurant. Very nice view room and clean. Good services and friendly staff. Breakfast is delicious. Recommend hotel to visit in Hai Duong. I will come back here next time

3 star but close to 4 star quality. There is a swimming pool, many trees and near the central lake. Many good restaurant nearby. Receptionist is friendly and helpful. Nex time i wil come back.

No hot water in winter”
Are there still hotels without hot water in the middle of winter? No matter how good the service is, shouldn't it be equipped with the basic facilities of a hotel to receive customers? They give a disappointing answer that hot water doesn't come out well because it's winter. And it keeps asking if I didn't turn off the hot water switch. This is a hotel that can never be booked unless the hot water problem is resolved. If you can't even shower in a hotel in the middle of winter, I don't think it's a hotel.

리버뷰 참나... 그냥 뷰 신경쓰지 말고 싼 거 예약하셈, 아고다에 리버뷰로 예약했더니 오버부킹 해놓고 방 없으니 배 째라. 방을 3번 바꾸는데 성공했지만 짜증.. 욕조 있는 거 보고 갔드만 뜨신물은 1분 나오고 5분 쿨타임, 조식도 별로고 다신 안 갈 호텔
