Pro: Location is superb. Making a day trip to Paris would be a breeze. Cons: Walk-up. Need to consider carrying 3 big luggage up the stairs.

Great Location”
The best thing about the place is its location. The tube station is just cross the road, there is also a bus station across the road which you can get bus to oxford circus and many other places. A Sainbury's is next to it, there are two more 24hrs convenient store next to it. The flat itself is more or less look the same as the photo you can see on the website, and it is clean. As we were on the third floor so noise wasnt much of a problem(there was only one siren at a night theat woke me up). But since there is no elevator and the staircase is kinda steep, so if there are heavy luggages with you, you should be aware of that. Pros: Location is superb, facilities, cleaness, worth the money Cons: No elevator

Not worth for rate charged”
We check in on late night on 30/9 and realized: 1. the shower head was not holding up in place and Francesco (staff) came over next evening to tape it up for our next 5 days of usage. 2. Washer WITHOUT dryer cycle (seriously..) 3. We were on level 1, unit 1 of 262 Pentonville Road and we could hear EVERY step of the tenants right above our unit, from 6am everyday.

Dear serene, please note that you did not want a shower holder replacement and asked to wait for your check out, otherwise we would have been happy to fix the minor issue. There is a list of amenities on the property description which states a washing machine and not a dryer, we don't understand your surprise. Please note that you have booked a place in one of the busiest and central neighbourhood of London.
GREAT location. No A/C”
Right next to King's Cross station, lot's of close things to see. We walked everywhere. It was August, so knowing there was no A/C would have been good to know, we might have chosen differently.

Pros - Good location, cozy apartment Cons - since there is no reception of the apartment, you need to text their staff whenever you got a request. During my stay, there is no reply at all from them, except one which is my late check out on my last day. If you don’t have any request during your stay, it wouldn’t be a problem.

Great location but having problem with drainage.”
It has only 1 bedroom. If you have 4 guests, 2 can sleep in the bedroom and the other 2 can sleep on the sofa bed. Towers and bed linens are provided. No toothbrush nor toothpaste. Pros Great location as opposite is the King Cross Tube except that this entrance is only opened weekdays. Other day just walk on the street to either Kings Cross or St Pancras. Just downstairs is a 24 hours restaurant. 2 doors away is Sainsbury where you can get some food or cook in the apartment. It comes with some cooking utensils, microwave oven and a oven/stove. Cons On arrival, the shower drainage seems to be clogged. The water was able to drain slowly but all was fine until the 2nd day evening when it got more serious. Informed the owner on 3rd day. When we returned that night, and my daughter took her shower and noticed water was not moving. Called the owner then only he told us not to shower. Imagine no shower after all day out! Should have told us if it isn't fix and no alternative provided.

Nicely done up place, at a convenient location. Venue is within walking distance to Kings Cross station which has access to various tube lines, and even Eurorail to other parts of Europe. Staff assisting with the check-in is very professional and attends promptly to our needs.

Appartement fonctionnel et proche tous commerces, gares, métro et bus. Pas de cafetière, couverts juste pour 4, table ronde trop juste (80 cms), lunette de WC cassée, fenêtres sales et qui ne servent à rien, on croirait être dans la rue tellement c'est mal insonorisé. Idem pour le bruit des autres locataires (très bruyants le soir) murs et planchers en papier. Consigne des valises obligatoirement a St Pancras (6£ par valise pour 3h) les + : pleins de commerce au pied de l'immeuble (alimentation, banques,...), à 500 m de St Pancras et kings cross, lit prêt à l'arrivée, linge de lit et de toilette fournis. Equipements : bouilloire, plaques au gaz, lave linge, toaster, frigo, 2 adaptateurs électriques 220v, seche cheveux, fer a repasser. Pas de micro onde, balais ni lave vaisselle. Ce qu'il restera du sejour : trop bruyant...
