No frills”
The location is excellent, within a few minutes walk of Kings Cross station. Many restaurants and stores nearby. The apartment is very basic. The kitchen is barely equipped, sparse utensils and dishes. The bathroom is tiny with limited toiletries provided. The mattress is extremely hard and uncomfortable. The walls are thin and noise can constantly be heard from within and outside the apartment complex. The price is expensive for the lack of quality, but you are pretty much just paying for location.

Good location but with annoying sound in some ways ”
Very good location Walking distance to Euston station n st Pancras underground. and close to British museum . Food stores nearby. Look like a brand new room inside, with good hygiene and comfortable bed. But, maybe due to building structure or it seems like a over century house, the sound proof is poor. I can hear the footsteps sound clearly from the above flat even during at late night time . Sounds from opening and closing the main entrance door, from the neighbor who closes or opens her door, from up or down the stairs....it’s annoyed and a bit scared cos I stayed alone. The unit I lived was in basement that I didn’t expect to, though there’s window, no view at all! It looks weird when ones never staying in basement. But in general, it’s worth to have a stay if you aren’t sensitive to the noise .

BAD and SCAM”
They didnt Give us the number to enter the building. We call the receptionist, but it was close. Yet they still charge us the money. They day after, the hotel call me asking me to check put because it was 2pm. I told them i did complain the agoda that i cant enter the building because they dont give us the code. So i dont stay there. THE QUESTION is WHO STAY THERE? Why u asking me to check out while im not even can enter the building? They say they email us the code, but i check inbox and spam, there is no email from them I did complain to agoda, but it seem King Cross services apartment dont care about it. Sooo... Better find neighbourhood hotel rather than this Bad Hotel.

The size of the apartment is great compared to other places we checked in London. It is near King's Cross station which was ideal as well. We had an issue upon our arrival where we were approached by a guy pretending to assist us with the check in. Then two other guys approached us pretending to be police officers and saying that they have been monitoring the movement of the first guy who approached us. Long story short, they were trying to con us in maybe giving them money or getting our stuff. Good thing my husband was able to manage the situation and they left us alone. The staff and management of the apartment are really nice and accommodating. There's laundry in the building which was beneficial for us since we're staying for a few weeks. Its also near different fast food and restaurants for quick meals.

We found the apartment was quite Spartan, like only one bedside table and no stand for luggage. No toaster to cook breakfast and the TV didn't work due to an antenna problem. A bit over priced for the size and facilities. Apart from that the location was very good and the unit clean and modern.
