We arrived well before check in for the day and they kindly let us park our car while we went into city, they even offered us a coffee after our long journey for which we were very grateful, lovely clean warm room with everything we needed, friendly staff, highly recommended

Have stayed here a few times, get location for central London with tube on Jubilee line taking 20mins to Oxford St. Hotel is always spotless and staff so helpful. Bonus is the free parking and breakfast!

Perfectly located just off the motorway, with free parking, and close, very close to Kingsbury station which is just one stop away from Wembley stadium. Will always choose this hotel for any future visits to the stadium. there are a couple of pubs close by, Wetherspoons is very close and a great Turkish restaurant also very close. Tesco convenience store just across the road is useful also. Brilliant hotel for Wembley events.

Left it late in the day to book but found this was in Kingsbury one tube stop off Wembley so the location is spot on. There was 4 of us so £80 a night which I thought was reasonable and also free parking and we were allowed leave the car till later that even even though check out was 11 so another bonus. No frills but good value for money! ”
We needed somewhere to stay for 2 nights in London, and we didn't want to spend a fortune. This was ideal for that, we only paid £111 in total, for both nights, which for London is excellent! Even though it's not central you are less than a five minute walk to the tube which makes it very convenient. It's also on one of the night lines so tubes run all night. The room itself wasn't fancy, but it was clean and comfortable. We had what we needed to change, sleep and get ready to head out. The breakfast was also great because we could have some toast and cereal to start the day. I would recommend to a friend.

Cheap and cheerful”
The room was very cheap considering the location and the staff were all very friendly and accomodating. The breakfast was free but was of a poor standard. Only other issue was that it was quite loud. This may be because we were quite close to the foye though. Other rooms may not have this issue.

Great all round hotel but let down by the bed. Two things you need, good shower and bed. The mattress was like my bed as a child and I'm 50 years old. Spoke with the manager but not interested.

decent hotel in London for the price, couple of negatives are that they have cheap mattresses & thin duvets so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable, and the shower was not powerful.

The price reflects the service and facilities state ,so in the end as I said in the title,you get what you paid for, we choose this hotel it’s cheap and close to underground service Kingsbury and free parking which is very important if you drive to London.

I was given 2 single beds attached together as a double bed. Mattresses were quite worn out. They could improve on these issues. But overall , it is quite a nice place to stay. Staff are great.

Shower, internet not working and a cold room at night.”
The hotel had a dirty carpet, dirt around the shower, very thin duvets, the internet did not work in my bedroom on the ground floor., the very small tv had pixels coming up all over after an hour of watching. I was told the internet only worked on the other side of the hotel and to use the breakfast room for wifi. The room was cold at night, asked for another duvet, was told it was in my wardrobe, it wasnt and they said there was nothing else I could do. The shower was either freezing or scalding. I was told they would move me rooms, but then they found out the other room had the same problems. Sent in a maintenance guy, but dont think the shower was properly fixed. Room had quite a lot of built in stains, in the carpet, side tables and dirt around the shower. I didnt stay the second night and was offered no refund. The male receptionist was helpful as was two other ladies. But I would not recommend this to anyone who needs the internet or comfort.

Shower broken, hot water sometimes runs cold, sink cracked but stuck together with glue. Carpet gripper screws loose so could cut yourself. TV signal comes and goes, same for internet. Room was big and heating great and a great location. Averages £60 per night is a little high if
