Great luxury hotel”
Very nice place, you get what you pay for. I stayed in traditional japanese room, beautiful view of the garden and mountain. Room was huge compare to all the other prices I have been, tea, snacks were best of the quality. Breakfast was plentiful, staff utmost pleasant and helpful, make you feel really special. Very nice facilities, best onsen in town (I have visited 4 of the public ones). If you are planning at least on one luxury hotel during your trip - this is definitely it.

Exceptional”
Extraordinary experience in japan onsen hotel. The hotel is well furnished with mix of modern and traditional style which is rare in japan. The room was so big and come with walk-in closet. The kaiseki dinner is superb and must try. Location is quite far from the center. There is shuttle bus running almost all day but it is also walkable around 10 to 15 minutes. Onsen is very beautiful. The shower was a bit colder than expect but the onsen temperature is fine.

Best place in town - Onsen + awesome food! ”
I went with my wife on our honeymoon to Kinosaki. Nishmuarya was by far the best hotel of the ones we stayed ay Kinosaki. <Location> : Although it is located away from the main area street, but it is still walking (10mins) away from town. It also makes the location a bit speical not to be in the middle of town with a nice mountain view. <Hotel>: The staffs are the best there, super helpful who can English fluent. From the front desk staff to the room services staff. Super nice and friendly. <Onsen>: Arguably nicer than the outer public ones (7 ones in town). If you are with a family or want some special alone time, you can pay an additional fee to book your own private onsen area in the hotel. There are 3 private onsens for booking. Their Michelin star food was superb, highlighly recommended to include this if you decide to stay there.

Excellent”
hotel is a distance from kinosaki onsen station, however the hotel provided free shuttle to and from the airport. onsen-wise it is very nice. it has various kind of onsen (indoor, outdoor, jacuzzi). Rooms are very spacious for japanese standard and very clean. Staffs are excellent and would go to a great lenght to make our stay wonderful. As frequent travellers to japan, this is One of best onsen hotel we've experience . we had some snow during our stay, which make the outdoor bath even more wonderful. would love to go back:)

Beautiful Village and onsen”
The hotel is really nice, traditional japanese rooms. It’s really pricey though. You have to pay extra for the private onsen (more than 70€ for 1 hour), luggage storage and transfer if you arrive before 13u in Kinosaki. We had diner in the ryokan, they asked for dietary restrictions but it didn’t came through to the kitchen (one had ordered without meat but Still got the meat). The diner was rushed, 8 courser or something within An hour. Maybe because we had the last shift at 19h. Breakfast had Many japanese optioneel but just a few western. It’s a beautiful hotel, big but traditional. Private onsens are magical. Kinosaki, especially in Sakura season, is beautiful. It was a nice experience but didn’t worth the amount of money.

Best hotel in the area ”
It is indisputably the best hotel in the area, apart from its sister honkan. Service was great, amenities are all there and complete. There are those Japanese attire that you is available with socks in every room that you can wear out along with traditional clogs that can be borrowed at the lobby area. Really authentic. Dinner is served in the room, it was wonderful. We had a beautiful mountain view from our room as well. They have a private hot spring in the hotel for guests. With massage chairs and Jacuzzi. Our favourite was the little indoor hut that they constructed with a small cold beverage area where you could pick a cold drink after the hot springs, fantastic. In the lobby/lounge area, you can choose to drink next to a small running waterfall - greenery feature they have, its beautiful. Kinosaki itself was really quant and beautiful, everyone was walking around in yukatas and clogs. Picturesque and relaxing

Modern Hotel with Traditional Onsen and Ryokan”
This is a modern hotel which provides some traditional rooms with the tatami mats and futons (made up after dinner and removed while we were at breakfast!). The evening meal was amazing. I cannot tell you the names of all the fish, seafood and dishes that we ate, but the meal was extraordinary! We were served countless, yes countless, dishes presented with artistry and skill in our room. Since we arrived early, we experienced the hot spring onsen in the hotel, actually one of the nicest with both an indoor and outdoor bath. Once registered, at 2 pm (my only complaint!), guests change into a kimono to walk around town visiting the onsen: the main seven are included with registration. The pass is valid from 2 pm to 10 am the next morning. The cleanest hours in my life as you wash at each onsen and of course the hot springs do the rest. An memorable experience!

Enjoyed our stay”
We traveled from Tottoria to Kinosaki Onsen, so it took us some time to arrive at the hotel. But when we called them the hotel offered to pick us up from the station because it was getting in the evening and was greeted by friendly staffs. We had a private Onsen in our room and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Dinner was speculator and there was a large variation of food (Western & Japanese style) available during the breakfast buffet. Worth walking around and take some pictures during your short stay - the area is a very traditional Japanese old town.

Wonderful stay ”
So glad to choose this hotel. The Japanese style room with air open bath for 2 adults and 2 kids was so brilliant, my kids didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend and very friendly staff. You can choose delivering your baggage to Kinosaki Trian Station after checkout, so you can take your time looking around.

Excellent”
Staff are very kind and helpful. Some of them speak English. Dinner is very good. Breakfast buffet is really nice, which is beyond my expectation. Their onsite hot spring facilities are clean and well maintained. They have indoor, outdoor hot springs, jacuzzi and sauna. We like the hotel onsen much better than the public ones. It's a little far from the main street but hotel has shuttles. We booked the room with outdoor bathtub, but it's just with hot water, not hot spring water, for regulatory reasons.

Excellent service and meals”
The staff were helpful! They provided fully cooked food to my mother /sashimi for me as requested and also rearrange normal chairs & tables in the room for us. Both its dinner & breakfast were very delicious, especially the dessert impressed me very much! Morever, I love the wonderful forest view in the Superior Japanese-style room! However, the location is a bit far from the onsen street and the shuttle bus is not frequent. As we just have the hot spring at hotel, it's ok not going out after check-in.

The best onsen experience I ever have in the world”
The best experience I have ever haven for onsen in the world. You may wear Yukata and geta in the street to experience a JP life. The only disadvantage of the hotel is that it is far from JR station and hotel bus go around hotel and station is not frequent(every 30 minutes in the afternoon and even every one hour in the morning)

Great hotel with private Onsen in the hotel”
I thought we will get a room with Private Onsen, but we didn't. Anyway, the hotel is wonderful. Onsen in the hotel is not bad. But I'd recommend try all Onsen in town.
