記念日に夫と泊まりました。建物自体は時の経過を感じますが綺麗にされていて、特に気になる点はありませんでした。 夜、食後にお風呂に入り、誰もいない時間帯だったのですが、真正面に上る月が綺麗で人生の中でも最高レベルの景色でした。 料理もディナー・朝食共にとても美味しく、思い出に残る旅でした。 ありがとうございました。

部屋は使いやすく快適でした。特に部屋の展望風呂からの眺めは素晴らしく、何度も入りました。脱衣所の籠の底にホコリが詰まっていたのは、少し残念でした。 アフタヌーンティーのパンケーキ、夕食、朝食とも美味しかったです。特に朝食のフレンチトーストが気に入りました。 その他にもおもてなしのサービスが盛りだくさんで楽しかったです。 ただ、スタッフの方々は全体的にややバタバタしている印象でした。人手不足なのでしょうか？ お客の前でスタッフを注意したり、走り回るのもちょっと……。もう少し余裕をもって丁寧に接して頂きたかったです。

備品の容器が壊れているのかトイレの消毒液が使えなかったり、風呂のソープが詰まって出てこなかったり不備はありましたが、アフタヌーンティーや風呂上がりのビールなどのサービスは良かったです。 ただ精算の際に予約の料金より6000円程高い請求をされました。予約画面を提示してやっと予約料金に訂正してもらいましたが、やはり金額の違いには気をつけてほしいですね。

海外の方がスタッフなのは良いのですが、何を言っているのか言葉がわからない時がありました。 サービスのパンケーキやドリンク、夜のデザートお風呂上がりのビールや心太など楽しい企画はとても良かったのですが、朝食の納豆に髪の毛が入っていたので(髪質的に私の毛ではなかったので)交換して頂いたときも担当の方は「はぁ？」みたいな感じだったので残念に思いました。ちなみに前日の夕食にも入っていたのですがそれは私の髪かもしれないと思い指摘はしませんでした。 出来れば朝食は和食でも洋食でも家族一緒に食べれたら嬉しいです。 タオルなどを持たずにお風呂に行けるのはとても良かったです。 お風呂も気持ちよかったですし、眺めも良かったです。 ほとんどのスタッフの方は親切でしたが、少し残念な所がちょこちょこ有り、せっかく素敵なホテルなので改善していってもっと素敵なホテルになって欲しいです。
