Hyde Park Executive Apartments
Hyde Park,London - View on map
"My husband and I chose Hyde Park Executive Apartments for the location and the price. I was a little concerned after reading some of the reviews but it was the perfect spot for 2.5 days of sight seeing in London. The hotel room/studio/apartment is simple but newish/modern, very spacious and clean so it suited us fine. Our room was located on the ground floor but it was tucked away and very quiet. Sure, the bed wasn't a king size bed but queen / double sized beds in Europe tend to be smaller in general so we had already expected this so it was fine. You are not paying a 5 star star price so don't expect 5 star accommodation. We had a car with us but as we didn't want to use it in London, we simply parked it in the public car park on the next street for the 2 days and only travelled on foot , bus or train. The station and bus stops were easily accessible from the hotel. Overall, this hotel was extremely good value for money considering we would normally stay at a 4/5 stay place but decided that it just wasn't worth it in London. This hotel was decent and we were very pleased with it. "

Pelican London Hotel and Residence
Wandsworth,London - View on map
"It was a pleasant stay at Pelican London Hotel and Residence. Albeit the small room space, service provided was fantastic. Several buses go to the nearest Northern line (Tooting Broadway) and District line (Wimbledon). For Muslim tourists, there are a fair bit of halal fast food and restaurant around."

The Tower Hotel
Tower Hamlets,London - View on map
"Overall we were very pleased with the hotel and it was extremely good value for a central London hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean with a lovely view amd the whole of the building was to a very high standard. Unfortunatley the mini bar was empty but as we were only staying one night we did not advise reception. An excellent position for touring the City of London and we would definitely stay here again. "

Aldgate Apartments
Tower Hamlets,London - View on map
"Aldgate apartments was an ideal solution for me as i needed to stay in London for a week on business and it is well located for central London. one thing to note is there is an additional £250 deposit needed to check in and the rules for using the apartment are pretty draconian. I understand not wanting to have people wreck an apartment with a party but it's not particularly welcoming to receive a list of things you are not allowed including any guests and wearing shoes... But the apartment is well presented like the pictures. I had a few issues getting access to the building as i was sent the wrong entry information, it took a while to get hold of anyone to fix this as there were no staff onsite and it was pretty cold waiting around outside. once inside the lift was out of service (as it was for 4 of the 5 days I stayed) but it was easy to get access to my apartment thereafter. The apartment was missing a few useful things like a sharp knife for cooking but generally a good stay."

"From being directed into the pram accessible door with ramp by the lovely porters at the front .. to having our room ready at 11am rather than 3pm by Noelle .. our whole experience at the amba hotel was 10 out of 10. Locates 2 minutes from Oxford Street .. across the road from hyde park winter wonderland .. 10-15 minutes taxi ride from Euston .. we only have praise for this hotel and can’t wait to book for next year! Our room was huge compared to other London hotels .. clean modern .. free mini bar. Just fantastic! Thankyou amba Marble Arch! "

Mayflower Hotel & Apartments
Earls Court,London - View on map
"Our stay was excellent. The service of the staff was excellent and personable: it seemed like the entire staff, even those we hadn't yet met, recognized my sister and I after one day of our being there. Upon arriving to London, we realized we had mistakenly booked a room with a double bed instead of one with two single beds. A room changed was facilitated almost seemlessly after one night (we stayed there a week). Our room was excellent and was very well cleaned each morning, and the free breakfast was nice and generous. The location is fantastic, about a 1 minute walk to Earl's Court tube station. The price was very reasonable (for London standards). Our vacation was greatly facilitated by the Mayflower Hotel: if their prices remain reasonable, I probably will try to stay there every time I visit London. "

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel London - Tower of London
The City,London - View on map
"If your planning on riding the Tube...the station is less than a block away. This is a newer hotel, so it doesn't have a musty smell which some older hotels in London tend to have. Each room also has a huge Mac computer which you can use as your TV as well. The staff was very helpful. The best part is just blocks away from the Tower Bridge and Tower of London. I would recommend this hotel to families and couples. "

Chelsea Cloisters
Chelsea,London - View on map
"This was our 3rd stay and the best. All the staff - reception, lettings office and room servicing - were helpful and pleasant. When a few things in our room needed attention and there was a little delay in fixing them, the lettings office promptly agreed with my suggestion of a room change. No extra charge even though it was a bigger room. They even let me use one of their computers to print our boarding passes. And storage of our large amount of luggage for 1/2 a day when we checked out was no problem. On this occasion, the personable and caring attitude of tne staff at the Cloisters added to our overall enjoyment of London!"

Imperial Court Suites
Hyde Park,London - View on map
"This a great budget hotel located near Queensway/ Bayswater, which means you have 2 great tube lines to choose from. Plenty of buses around to get you to the city if you don't want to take the tube. Hyde park is just 5-10 minutes walk away. Loads of eateries around. I usually live in this area when I visit London, and so far I feel this hotel is very good for the price. It's quiet which is good because I live in other hotel in this area and I always find it difficult to sleep due to their paper thin wall. As it is an apartment hotel, it provide tableware, cutlery, toaster, fridge, microwave oven, iron, ironing board and a kettle. It has "rain shower" which is pretty impressive. Toilet is modern and clean. The only thing that irks me is that there is no sign for reception or the name of the hotel which makes me feel that they are running an airbnb instead of a well reputable hotel. I don't have any regrets but I do hope that they will put up a sign that say Imperial Court Suites. "
