Comparing to other 4 stars hotel in Sapa, KK Sapa this is real 5 star. All criteria are perfect; Cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, location. We went there in January2023 the weather was freezing, another 4 stars hotel in Sapa was so cold, damp, dirty. So we need to move to this KK Sapa right away, and we found warm, clean, comfy room with Sapa stunning view. Staff are also very helpful and speaking well English. We got 15th floor's room, very close to kids club. and its also the floor that connect with the road that can walk to Sun Plaza within 5 minutes. My kids are so in love with this hotel. Breakfast also impressed.

Most friendly and helpful staff ever!”
Definitely recommend KK Sapa Hotel! My wife and I stayed for 3D2N (27 to 29 Nov 2022). From our balcony, the mountainous view was amazing! Prior to reaching KK Sapa hotel, we both bought viettel SIM card (90D with unlimited data) and it ran out of data on our second day. As we are unable to understand Vietnamese words in the app, we approached receptionist Moon (aka Hang) for assistance. Despite her handling multiple issues concurrently, she helped us solve the issue by topping up our viettel account and purchase new data (also to let us use more during sleeper bus)! She was always so cheerful and even went to the extent to call her friend, who was working in viettel, as viettel app online assistance is not useful at all. We were so glad that Hang assisted us on this! On our last day, we went for foot massage after dinner and were hoping that we can use their shower facilities before boarding our sleeper bus. To our surprise, there was one staff who was so fluent in mandarin that we are able to hold a proper conversation in a long time. (Sorry didn’t get her name! All we know is that she was staying in catcat village and came to work via motorbike) She even ushered us to an empty VIP room for us to use, including bath towels! We were so glad that the staff assisted us and even went to this extent to help us. Thank you for making our stay an enjoyable and memorable one! ◡̈

Amazing views, decent prices, clean rooms”
Amazing views on clear days. On foggy days you won't be able to see much. It's a bit of a gamble so I recommend booking a few days when you know the weather as the prices don't change dramatically. I was there in late December when the weather happens to be a little foggier. That said, I did catch nice clear days and both foggy days. Hotel room is clean, buffet is good, staff is kind. My only one issue was the Wifi, which was really bad in the rooms. I had to go to the common areas to do work.

Best hotel experience in Vietnam so far”
Plenty of praises for KK Sapa hotel. Had an excellent experience! The hotel felt new and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread had lots of variety. There are good facilities likes pool, gym and pool table. The spa experience was amazing as well and price reasonably (there was even a 30% discount ongoing), would recommend all to try if you’re staying there. 10mins walk to Sapa centre which is not too far in my opinion. Would definitely come back here again!

Excellent Facilities, Even Better Staff”
Our early November 2022 stay in Sapa was fantastic largely due to our stay at KK Hotel. The facilities are clean and spacious and the staff is amazing! Front desk manager, Son Anh, essentially laid out a 3-day itinerary for us that included a local tour guide, transportation, various sites, restaurant recommendations, and scheduling tips. Because of her knowledge of the area and experience all we needed to do was literally show up. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer! If we ever go to Sapa again, this will be the hotel we stay at!

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed!”
The photos on Agoda do not do any justice to the real thing! The room is very spacious, clean, and well decorated with great functional design. The common areas are very pretty too. The location is great. Not too far from downtown so can easily walk. But also not too close so it is very peaceful around the hotel. The view is superb. The breakfast is also amazing! So manu choices and all is delicious. Lastly, the staffs are so helpful and nice! Would highly recommend this place if you are traveling to Sa Pa!

Excellent staff service that went to the extra mile”
The hotel is not too far from the city center with only 10mins walking. The room is spacious and beautiful, with a nice balcony to see the beautiful view. Breakfast was delicious with a wide spread. For the price I paid, this 5star hotel is definitely value for money. Shout out to the amazing staff that I reached to, Son Anh, the front line desk manager. She helped me to book the transport back and fro from Hanoi, assisting to my needs before reaching Sapa. She took picture of the weather and Whatapps to me, and also informed me of trekking routes in Sapa. Thank you very much for the excellent service

Wonderful Stay…”
Our 2-night stay was excellent. The hotel location is very good, a short 10 minute walk to the centre of Sapa and the view from our room was wonderful. Our room was spacious and modern, the Kings bed and pillows were comfortable, breakfast selection was good and the hotel restaurant served better food than other restaurant in town. Last but not least, the hotel staffs were courteous and pleasant. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and will definitely come back.

Great Hotel with Amazing Staff”
The rooms and facilities are all excellent. Everything is very clean and the rooms have a great view. The staff are all extremely friendly and kind and were able to help us have a great time here despite us showing up with almost no plan 😅. They are able to coordinate tours, recommend restaurants, transportation and anything else we asked for. They are super helpful and made it very easy for us to stay here. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough! If you are looking for a place to stay in Sapa, this place is perfect.

The hotel had everything we needed! It was close enough to the city centre via level 15 and the view of the room was fantastic. The beds were comfortable! Just make sure not to leave the balcony door open as bugs are prone to fly in. The staff were all very friendly and the concierge was helpful and helped us make any arrangements we needed! We really enjoyed our stay in Sapa and would definitely book here again when we’re back!

A Hotel With Much To Offer”
Plus points: -amazing mountain view from Deluxe Room. -thick and cosy robe. -wide spread of dishes for breakfast. -pool temperature is set at comfortable room temperature. -able to mirror my device onto Smart TV. -staff are very welcoming. -even though request for check-out extension was declined, managed to wash up at the changing room in swimming pool with towels provided. -many restaurants and massage parlours within walking distance. Special thanks to Jino, who helped arranged for transfer from bus station to hotel on a rainy evening.

Great views from Balcony. Buffet breakfast was comprehensive and delicious. The location of the hotel meant that it was far enough to be shielded from the bustle of the main square yet near enough to be able to stroll there for the attractions. Very clean and big rooms. The hotel is new. We booked a family room. It's very large and comfortable, we just felt like at home. The hotel's location is very good, 10 minutes walking to the center and as a good start point of trekking. The breakfast was very delicious and was changed everyday. Incredible, one of the best hotels I have stayed in anywhere in the world. Pay a little extra for the valley view and sit and watch the clouds roll up the valley then recede, I could sit there all day. Modern, clean , tidy and has everything you need. A hidden gem. Let’s get it out of the way. I have an issue with water pressure. For me, as stupid as it seems it can make or break a hotel stay. This hotel is exceptional for hot high pressure water! I want to stay forever!

We stumbled upon this hotel on the start of our hike out of Sapa. It is well located at the end of the main strip of restaurants and just before the hiking route ticket office and turn off into the rice terraces where most day hikes from Sapa begin. The hotel is brand new and very modern. The facilities are great and the rooms are spacious. The views from the valley facing rooms are incredible and I suspect amongst the best in town. The buffet breakfast was a delicious and varied mix of Vietnamese and Western options and kept us full until dinner. The free afternoon tea upon returning from a day hike is a nice touch. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a great chat with the owner and general manager at afternoon tea. The pool and gym are great but the hot tub is a little old fashioned and needs to be turned on by the lifeguard from another room and was a bit colder than a normal hot tub. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay again.
