Not far from the ferry terminal. Food outlets are all around the hotel. Room is clean and new. Hot water for shower available.

Second time staying here . And both times were good in terms of cleanliness and locality. Cons: Rooms are small and even on weekdays there’s karaoke sessions . Please bear in mind, parking coupons are needed if you have a vehicle , we learnt this the hard way . Other than that , we will continue to stay in KL Hotel whenever we are back in Labuan

This place suitable for group or couple only, not recomended for family trip because the family room nearby by KTV and karoke club. Also nearby with RHB bank, laundry and 7eleven shop .

some rooms are really small and it didn't have any window. my room from the second floor was okay in size, but no window. my friends' room from ground was really exhausted to be in. it has a small space, while it also doesn't have a window.

Very bad staff communication skills. Only provides one towel for a room for two. When requested, staffs doesn't want to provide as we have to go down to the reception to quarrel before we get it. And there's no lift at this hotel. Other than that, the room is clean and pleasant. Need to educate the staff more on how to handle customer.
