Quick Getaway”
It was a smooth trip on a weekday. They allow you to bring inside, or you can also go out to buy food. Bringing car would be best. Waves on the waterpark would be limited depending on the number of people. They said there should be at least 15 people for them to start the wave. Breakfast was nice too. Overall it's a value for money.

Very noisy and bad value for money”
Let me summarize my stay in Klir Waterpark as follows: - Very noisy most of the time - Room equipment is rather poor - Staff is friendly but room service needs to improve - Room rate is too high regarding the quality 1.5 out of 2.5 weeks of my stay were spoiled by the noise of a large group of kids who occupied almost the whole hotel. Starting at around 7 a.m. doors were banging and children were screaming in the corridor and in front of my window. Oftentimes even after 11 p.m. it was still very noisy, which made it hard to fall asleep. Moreover, on the second last day of our stay there was a big event with loud music starting early in the morning. Anyhow, the hotel is poorly insulated and it can't be recommended for guests who seek a quiet place. There were quite some deficiencies concerning the equipment as well. There was no cellphone, just one little bedside table (in a room for two persons), only one small trash bin, most of the time no hot water in the shower and no lightproof curtain. Moreover the water in the pool was kind of dirty and didn't seem to be changed frequently. The staff was friendly and mostly ready to help. At the beginning the room service was insufficient but it improved over time. However, repeated instructions were needed before the room service was finally satisfactory. All in all I cannot recommend Klir Waterpark Resort since they struggle to provide good value for money. If I hadn't paid in advanced we would have transferred to another hotel right after my arrival.

Need few improvements with the meals and renovations with rooms. But has incredible customer service!! I love all the stuffs in this resort!! They tried so hard to give everything that made my stay here unforgettable :)

Weekend with Family ”
The resort is okay, staff are very accommodating. Rooms are clean, spacious, has hot water system. The pool area is large, only lacks shade from trees. They allow fast food delivery which is okay, although we wish they could have a small restaurant to order food from. When the sun is up, it can get very hot. Maybe provide some trees around. Over all, the resort is okay, good for families and groups.

Arrive late at night and leaving early in the morning. Didn't have chance to have fun in the water park. A bit over-priced for local standard. The sink in the bathroom was full of hairs, wasn't clean properly. Staff were helpful.

Exceptional”
The receptionist were very accommodating. The room was perfect, clean, well ventilated, your view is the pool from the outside. Their breakfast is fine, you’re going to choose if you wanted an American or Filipino style meal. The WiFi isn’t that good, signal reception is very poor on our room.

Ensure complete breakfast for ALL checked-in guests!!!”
Hoping that the grilling area will be transferred near the hotel rooms. It's quite far and at night it's not friendly. Pls. ensure that all guests will be served complete breakfast, even though it's already 9:30 a.m. 3 persons from my family, including myself was not able to have soup, tocino and fried bangus since there is no more serving at the buffet table. We all pay the same price to be served what we have paid for! All staff are friendly and very helpful! Bravo!!!

Super Friendly staff, rooms are OK but with defective TV's. Grilling area should be nearer the hotel for easy access. Breakfast buffet is not accounted for number of checked-in guests, there are already MISSING food in the menu for those who will take their breakfast after 8:30 a.m. and we pay in full for breakfast. They keep on saying "UBOS NA PO" and that should not be the case, they should keep on refilling until all guests have already eaten.

Terrible - False advertising. ”
Attended a conference in Bulacan. Stayed at KLIR WATER PARK for 3 nights. Should be called NO WATER PARK instead. NO water park (because not enough people staying there to open the pools). NO restaurant. NO alcohol. NO smoking. NO wifi in the rooms. At the time I stayed there I was the only guest staying at the hotel. Attended a conference in Bulacan. Arrived back late the second night. The guard wouldn't let my driver in the park because the front desk wouldn't answer the guard's call. The guard only let us in after about 10 minutes when I went totally ballistic. Then came to find out that there had been no maid service. No fresh towels. Nothing. For about $100 a night, the place was a total disappointment. Wouldn't recommend the place to my worst enemy.

Galing kmi dto just 1 night with my 2 little kids. Super tahimik at wlang gaanong tao, Malinis ang room at malinis nmn ang pool maliban sa wave pool na hindi tlga ginagamit dahil wla nmn gaanong tao. Kung gusto nyong tahimik, distancing at pra sa mga kiddos na gustong mag enjoy. pwede ito sa inyo. Mabilis mg reply sa messenger ang staff nila, you can inquire.

Place is good if you want some time away”
it was a good experience. not a lot of people using the resort so we had the place to ourselves. kids enjoyed and people are friendly. We had breakfast included in the accommodations but food was not good. Good thing we had food brought in so that's fine.

a bit disappointing”
at first it was ok, the people were warmth and we easily find the place. Since there were only 2 families (including me and my kids) booked in, the restaurant were closed and all the resort facilities were closed, we do understand their policy that at least 50 person, however, we do not even know that they have few guest... what we actually after for is the wave pool, but we havent experience it at all

Dont waste your Money”
The only outstanding part was they were great and did their best we, sadly the restaurant isn't a real restaurant and didn't open the night we stayed so had to travel out for dinner, the canteen or shop they had there to buy drink snack etc had no stock if you wanted food in middle of day you had to get delivered from outside eg. KFC, tv remote didnt work aircon broke down in the middle of the night because the wall socket loose there was a power cable running across corridor from one room to another then cr had problems. The place in general is run down, pool grout was dirty in places and facilities aren't as advertised it is extremely misleading, for what it was priced at i would expect a much higher standard. Sadly if i hadn't paid before arriving i would have walked straight back out the door.

Satisfying and enjoyable.”
I'm happy that they allowed my family to have a very early check-in without additional fee. Gracious staff. But breakfast was quite disappointing, just a piece of tocino with egg and rice. They don't have a resto and you have to buy food from outside. Jollibee is very near but they don't deliver food. But we really enjoyed our swimming. The place was clean although it's not that big.

The pool is nice but a bit filthy. The room was dusty . Having a deluxe room I am expecting different from standard rooms but the only difference is the sink in the toilet which is quite space. And in the reception I was asked to fill up a form for each room with the names of each occupants and been attended by more than 4 differnt persons. The first person did not finish her job and here comes another person at the end was the man who asked again my booking which I showed thru my mobili phone took my mobile phone and did not return it back to me. I just remembered it the following day fortunately it was returned back to me. But the thing is we seated in the reception and no one bothered to return it to me. My daughter heard that one of the occupants complaint that his mobile phone disappeared and said it was borrowed by one of the receptionists and even used as calculator. I do not think it is good to recommend it to my friends.
