This motel is decent with mostly clean rooms. Staff is helpful and friendly. Good stopover on our way north. Extra points for being within delivery of Dominos.

Budget Friendly, Good Location”
This place is right off of 75 with easy on and off and several dining places nearby. Very short drive to Punta Gorda waterfronts. Walmart Supercenter is real close. This is a one-level, 2 building motel. We stayed in the back building, rooms in the 200's. The room was spotless and has seen updating recently. The bed was very comfortable, AC/heat worked just fine. Amenities included a bar size fridge with freezer compartment, large TV, hair dryer, microwave and chairs for relaxing. The housekeeping staff are very friendly and provided daily cleanings, trash removal, new towels, making the bed, etc. We never heard people in the adjacent rooms. It is located next door to a Pilot Truck Stop that is loaded with semi's all day and night, everyday. If you run the AC/heat fan you never hear any outside noises. If you don't run the fan, you will hear trucks shifting gears as they pull out of the Pilot around 7 am. Not real loud, not enough to wake you up, but you can hear them. The pool was not in service during our trip as it looked like they were doing repairs. There was no complimentary continental breakfast as was in the ad when I booked. I suspect that was due to Covid. The toilet is the lowest toilet I ever sat on. While it gets the job done, it was tough on my wife's bad knees. The TV channel guide is out of date and does not match what's on TV. My computer kept telling me that their wi-fi used old technology and did not meet current security standards so I didn't use it for personal information purposes. As we were in town to visit with our kids, we just slept and showered there and this place met our needs at a budget friendly price. I would stay here again, but ask for a handicap room that would have a higher toilet.

Pleasantly surprised”
Only booked this hotel because there was a snafu with another reservation. Very pleasantly surprised how nice it was very clean. Lovely little seating area outside so you can get out of your motel room. Table for four with a hibachi! More than what you would expect for a property of this type

Located next to a truck stop and frequented by laborers who begin their day early, it is a bit noisy. Bed was okay, the staff was good, and the room was very clean.

Showed beautiful pool on website but it wasn't open when I arrived. It was closed for maintenance. They said it had been closed for a long time and would not reopen for some time. Management was very rude.

Horrible ”
The staff was easily the rudest I have ever spoken with at a hotel. We went Into our room, it smelt like mold. There was no new toilet paper so I know the room wasn’t properly clean. Not to mention the smell of marijuana was overpowering when we stepped out of the car. We didn’t even stay. Just walked right out. The refused to give us our money back. Will NEVER be back.

I did called to pay for the hotel, she start yelling and saying my credit card dont work, yelled my credit card number for everyone to hear and said... u got no money u hear me? u have nothing. I did had money in my account..,so i end up paying other hotel so my friend could stay there. But awful simply awful.

I was only there for a couple hours and when I did get there, they were totally booked no vacancies. Luckily, they kept my room for me. The lock would not work three times I had to walk back to the office the fourth time the night lady she came out with her card opened it up. Don’t want to so forth and I said no I don’t need another card. I’m leaving first thing in the morning and that was it. They handled it pretty good and yes I would recommend it but they do need more parking spots.
