Excellent locaation and stay .”
B Ocean is an excellent hotel. We had a brief ( 2 nights) , but wonderful stay at the hotel. It is modern, clean and beautiful. Staff very helpful. Our room was in the main building, right on / facing the beach. The hotel is located within close proximity and walking distance to the water taxi , Marina, public beach area. It was a quick UBER rides from cruise ports and to airport. The only 2 issues were that they retrieved our beach lounge chairs around 5:oo to put them up for the night. Also, the lobby is kept VERY COLD. We did not eat at the hotel so I can't comment on that. Otherwise, everything else was wonderful. We will DEFINATELY stay there again.

On the beach”
The hotel is beautifully renovated under B hotel, which used to be the old Yanky Clipper. The rooms are very nice and fresh with comfortable beds. Staff were all super friendly. Pool side bar Salty Siren had a great Happy Hour and I could have sat there all day.

Great stay”
Julia at the front desk was so helpful and welcoming. We had a great stay, loved the beach and pool, pool bar and mermaid bar. Room was clean and comfortable. We booked a couples massage last minute and the staff worked around to accommodate our last minute request.

Don’t believe all reviews”
I almost didn’t book this place due to the mixed reviews but location and price just made sense (and the fact it was nonrefundable made it so I had no choice). I can see how some were disappointed because some of the rooms in one of their four buildings look motel like. If you have a chance to choose and you don’t want the motel look, get a room without a balcony. I ended up in the Marina building on the top floors and loved it! Views were great, room clean and the staff were all friendly, valet even holds you luggage for you after check out. Don’t let reviews scare you, other peoples experiences won’t always be same for you. Also you’re literally by the beach, I would get up and watch the sunrise and go walk the strip to find breakfast. I’m glad I stayed here and will be back if ever in FLL.

Amazing”
Property, all of the staff beach, pool, towel ,valet, restaurants and bars, housekeeping... the staff is polite and accommodating. Great location close to lots of places, the resort fee includes beach chairs, bottled water, bicycle, and more. I live in Fort Lauderdale and stay here for a relaxing break! I have stayed multiple times recently and end up extending my stay each time - you will not want to leave.

Great Resort”
Bo Ocean was a very nice resort. There are 2 pools, one is in the main clipper building and the second pool is a breathtaking beach side pool. The food and drink are a bit pricey but everything was good. The Clipper building pool area and 3rd floor seating was a bit dirty, wear shoes. The staff was exceptional, from check-in to cleaning crew to bartenders.

Nice resort for a short vacation.”
My only real complaint for this particular B Ocean Resort is that there aren't very many choices of restaurant within walking distance, so you might end up calling room service or doing Uber Eats, etc to get your food (both of which can get really expensive). Like virtually every other hotel in Florida, there's that dumb "resort fee" ($35/night on top of the hotel fee), but you do get a few things for the money: Free bicycle rentals, free beach towel rentals, two bottles of water per day, per card. We went in mid June, which turned out to be the perfect time to go: Not too crowded, not too hot. We had a great time.

Was not feeling paying a daily parking fee on top of resort fees. What exactly are resort fees for, shouldn't that include parking fees as well.

The hotel is in a great location with a beautiful beach and pool. Very accommodating. Wreck Bar needs to open up the smoked glass sliding wall so people know they are open.

Would come back for the full experience ”
I accidentally booked this resort for one night due to a layover thinking it was a hotel. I had a ton of fun though and now I want to come back on purpose! Loved the food at the restaurant and the mermaid show and the room was nice and clean.

The property, room, amenities and beach were amazing. The only issue we had was the parking, $50 for less than 24 hours was beyond extreme. It cost more than the resort fee.

Recommend”
We have stayed here a few times usually when we come to town. Hotel is not newest but Rooms are clean and comfy. Pool grill bar by pool & private beach. Property maintained well. Restaurant and coffee shop on premises. Great for families with little ones as was not over crowded but we usually come during the week.

Great location on Ft. Lauderdale Beach ”
On the beach in Ft. Lauderdale. Hotel has restaurant, coffee shop and bars. Easy walking distance to other restaurants and shops up the beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Valet area was a bit small for car stacking but other than "check-in rush hour" it was not much of a problem. Valet workers did their best to keep the cars moving during the "rush hour" so kudos to them!
