This was a great place to go my daughter and I enjoyed every single minute of this vacation. This was a beautiful place friendly staff and just all around made for a great stay. Beach is really close the pool at the hotel was great.

I'd stay again”
This is a very nice hotel. It is clean and well maintained. The location is excellent. It is directly across from the Fort Lauderdale beach and has an easy walkover to reach it. You get chairs to sit on the beach and a voucher for a drink at the pool bar! Also it is short walk to the water taxi. The staff is super nice. I do wish they had queen beds instead of double but that is minor compared to all of the good qualities.

Amazing Staff, none better”
The location of this hotel is awesome, especially in the warmer months when spending time at the beach is what you are looking for. However, nothing compares to the quality of the staff. The staff is friendly and genuinely compassionate. I always love seeing and interacting with them and they make your stay feel more like being home.

Beautiful location, close to the Ft. Lauderdale Convention Center, and across the street from the beach with fantastic ocean front, wide view (no other tall buildings nearby). While the building is an older one, it is quite clean and well kept - and they are in process of making upgrades. The walkway to the beach was closed during our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made our stay great. The food is very good, and while the parking is expensive, what do people expect for a beachfront hotel in Ft. Lauderdale? Would recommend and return there.

Great for the money. Room was nice, pool was nice and clean, gym was quiet and clean. ”
I would never go back in March because of the spring breakers. I was in. Group of 2 and there to relax and couldn’t do any relaxing after 8pm. The large group kept us up until 4:30am and the front desk didn’t do anything about it. I called more than once and so did other guests and when they sent security all security did was ask them to lower the music-I can tell you the music wasn’t the issue it was 20+ people partying in the room next to us, slamming the doors as they were back and forth all night, pounding on our door because they thought it was their room and pounding on their own door for hours. I heard and watched everything and security did nothing. Matt and others at the front desk said they wouldn’t tolerate it and they would be kicked out and they did tolerate it - ALL WEEK. There was blood on OUR door from them and all down the hall and in the elevators which is probably why the staff removed all of the wall hangings on our floor. Completely unacceptable.

Recent Stay”
The lobby staff are exceptional friendly and accommodating. Rooms are very nice and clean. The pool area is also nice, but the pool is not heated. The bridge from the pool over the road to the beach was closed for repairs but will be a great feature once work is completed.

Horribly Understaffed”
The wait to check in is ridiculous, the parking is highly overpriced for self parking, the gate never works, so you have to wait for the Valet to let you in, there was always a line. Getting additional items like pillows or blankets takes an eternity. The breakfast was way over priced for a buffet breakfast. I understand being understaffed, but the hotel should make some concessions on prices if they cant fulfill what you have paid for.

Lovely hotel aross from the beach and close to many restaurants and shops. Hot cookies and a bottle of water per person on arrival was a nice touch. Pool area very nice too. On the down side, elevators have to say were shocking. Had to wait for 15 minutes for one, one morning when checking out. Parking fees are very excessive at $37 per night, when its the marina car park you use.

Great hotel ”
I enjoyed my stay here. I was able to check in a bit early which really helped as my flight got in so early in the morning. I really enjoy the pool area. The location is ideal, but unfortunately I had a bad experience just a few blocks down the road at a bar. America really needs to get this gun stuff under control. Ruined my vacation from night one.

Terrible Experience”
I was here on business. I was working 15 minutes away. It took 30 minutes to check in. Way too long. It was a last minute booking. No one explained the $37 Resort Fee or the $37 Parking. We asked the marina where to fish after work (we had poles). He said we could fish on the north or south side of the marina. The security guard came over and rudely told us we couldn't fish there without letting us explain. We went back to the other side and he later came over there and said he was calling the police. I felt like a criminal. He was way out of line. The property has an excellent location, is clean, and has superior amenities. The service was less than that. I don't know if I would recommend this to business travelers.

Not Worth the money”
Was in room 507 which is right in front of elevators so you constantly heard everyone going up and down the elevators. The shower drain was higher than the tile so when showering the water drained into the bathroom floor. Handicap room so there was no bathtub. After every shower you had to clean the water out of the shower floor. You also had to be careful to ensure the water didn’t extend out and drain into carpet in room. Based on this constant inconvenience I would not stay there again. It wasn’t worth the money at all.

Not a Hilton ”
I feel that it was to expensive. The smaller building was awful. It was dirty, the furniture was old and stained, there was a smell. Thank goodness that our friend got there early and changed our room to the bigger building. It did not stand up to the Hilton family to me, very disappointed.

Stay Away”
No hot water for 3 days, tub would not drain properly. Had to ride the service elevator to check out after waiting almost 1/2 hour. Was double billed , once by Anogs and once by the hotel .

Spring Break 2021”
We stayed in April spring break. The elevators was going up and down and I was in it for 10 min. The day we we’re leaving we waited 20 min just to catch an elevator. This was very frustrating and others were waiting with me also. You needed stairs in this hotel bc you would get down quicker. The water is yellow in this hotel even the shower water.
