Better than other comparative brand”
Room freshener requires. Carpet vacuum needed daily. Air Condition window unit needed cleanups and air filters also needed cleanup. Corridors carpet needs vacuum if not daily then once a week. Front desk and housekeeping staff was excellent. Very good breakfast with varieties. Coffee was good 24 hours a day. Our stay was very good and accommodating.

Convenient and decent with flaws”
Near FLL. Also along a train track, which wasn't too bothersome that night. One outlet a lamp was not functional, microwave was burned out but functional. small bath towels provided. no airport shuttle as expected. still decent place at a good price for a night stay before a flight out of FLL.

Many problems since last time ”
Stayed several months ago and except for one minor issue all was good. Something has happened since then though. When I arrived the first room I walked into had water all over the floor. Seem like the air conditioner was leaking everywhere. Which I get things happen. Went back to get a different room and they acted like that was a hassle. The next room was just not clean. Duvet was all dirty and windows and curtains all dirty. Had to go downstairs and get cleaning products to clean the room. You would think they would offer someone to come help but no! The whole next 2 days there, I couldn’t get a new dry towel. Had to shower at the gym I was going to as well because the shower starting having pressure issues. It was just a mess of a stay overall.

The railway tracks is right behind the hotel. You’ll feel as if the train is passing through your room multiple times a day and night. Expected better size and quality for the price paid.

Shower felt as though someone was spitting on you pressure was so bad. Noisy hotel. Sign on front door said that masks were required however not one employee, including front desk, or other guest wore masks.

Un désastre tout simplement ”
Jamais fait la chambre et quand après 3 jours je réclame on me dit on est en sous effectif alors il faut demander!!!! Mais si on nous averti pas quand on arrive!!!! Staff de la réception qui passe sa vie à fumer dehors au lieu de s occuper de leurs soit disant sous effectif!!! Un vrai désastre cet hôtel à éviter absolument....
