Great location, awkward layout ”
Fantastic hotel and staff, but the layout and elevator to get to your room was very random, old in function , works fine but if someone forgot to close the doors on another floor you’re walking. Raised this with reception after 5 hours of the lift being locked on the top floor (wasn’t sure if it was out of service?) but no interest in resolving it - very small issue that was annoying at times- but overall would absolutely book again, great staff, great service and location can’t be beat! Rooms were lovely but could use a deeper cleaning in the bathrooms (nothing major!) but would definitely stay again - spacious, well decorated rooms, fab breakfast!

Pleasant staff but I expected far higher quality facilities in the room & spa for the price I ended up paying. Not worth the cost.

Aesthetically wonderful. Food in restaurant is delicious. Parking in nearest NCP with 20% discount from the hotel. Will be back.

Comfortable stay in central Bristol”
Layout of hotel takes a bit getting used to as it was originally two banks. Great room situated in its private corner - very comfortable bed with large modern bathroom and carefully chosen furnishings. The jetty restaurant is a beautifully restored large room. Quirky artwork and upholstery of furniture. Easy walk to river and shopping centre - lots of lovely cafes and bars nearby. Staff very helpful. Spa downstairs to be tried on a longer visit.
