건물은 좀 오래된 듯 하지만, 깨끗하게 잘 관리가 되었어요. 출장과 여행에서 필요한 가지가지 물품들이 정성스럽게 잘 비치되어 있어요. 우산, 한국휴대폰에 맞는 충전기 등등이 있어서 좋았어요. 무엇보다 방이 넓어서 마음에 들었습니다. 이 호텔 추천합니다.

도쿄 메트로 스이덴구마에역과 닌교초역이 걸어서 10분이내에 있어 지하철 이용이 편리함 호텔 바로 옆에 작은 마트가 11시까지 오픈해 있어서 이용이 편리 했다. 친절함은 기본, 가격대비 매우 만족한 호텔

혼자 여행하는 거라 저렴한 숙소 찾다가 예약하게 됐는데 깨끗하고 혼자 사용하기에 방도 넓고 필요한 거 불편함 없이 잘 챙겨주고 위치도 좋고 주변이 조용해서 엄청 마음에 들었어요. 다음에 도쿄 가게 되면 또 예약하고 싶어요.

혼자 3박 묵었구여 일본룸 작다는데 저는 혼자묵어서 그런가 그렇게 좁은지는모르겟.. 아늑하고 깨끗했어요 와이파이,냉장고,화장실,침실 ,난방 룸 다 좋았고 아무 문제없었어요 매일 물이랑 수건 문앞에 갔다주심여 주인아저씨 혼자 운영하시던데 프론트 자주 비우시거든요 근데 좀 크게 부르면 바로 달려오십니다 프론트랑 매우가까운방에 항상 계심여 걸어서 7분거리 닌교초역있어여 주변은 번화가는아니고 회사랑 학교,가정집이 매우많음요 전 완전추천!

It was the third time that we stayed at this hotel. We have also recommended friends to use this hotel who were equally pleased with their experience. Situated in a residential/commercial area, it is accessible to all of Tokyo in addition to the many restaurants, supermarkets, shops and convenience stores nearby. Hotel is well kept and run. Breakfast is a real bargain. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff were amazing and the room is very clean. Everyday we have a new set of towels and water. Room is cleaned daily. Breakfast is great and affordable. We’d loved to comeback. We enjoyed staying here. Thumbs up!

Cosy Family Friendly Hotel”
Close proximity to TCAT and subway lines. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay in Tokyo if you don't mind the location which is further away from the usual shopping districts.

Pros: Nihonbashi location was nice and a business district. Easy walks to various stations. Close to Ginza’s shopping district. Close to city airport limousine bus terminal. Very cheap breakfast available but limited choice. Rooms small but functional. Cons: rooms quite old and run down. Carpet very old.

Best affordable hotel with good location”
If you are looking for affordable and hotel for sleeping only..this is the Best recommended hotel...going to and from haneda airport is walking distance..taking subways and train is also walking distance.best part is peacock supermart is just 1 min away..so many nearby resto ..and best too..they have pajamas...dont expect any fancy lobby..but worth the stay..will definetly come back when in tokyo

There are a few train stations nearby, with the nearest about 5mins walk away. There are also many convenience shops and eateries around. The staff are helpful and accommodating.

Excellent location and helpful staff”
City Pension Zem's location is excellent. A few minutes away from the nearest train station and the bus terminal for bus to the Airport. The hotel is a little old, but everything works and functional. Good heating with humidifier in the room. We were able to warm upo the food we bought from the mini Aeon mart below the hotel. Every use of the washing machine is 300yen and they provide the detergent. Staff were helpful and allowed us to use the lounge even after we checked out.

Good Hotel, Excellent Staff”
The hotel and facilities are a bit old but good enough to rest after going around Tokyo all day. Near TCAT if you take limo bus from/to airport especially if you have lots of luggages. Very near convenience stores. Walking distance from Suigetamae station. Affordable breakfast at 250 yen. Most important of all, staff are very friendly and helpful.

Clean, quiet, functional and friendly hotel in a convenient location”
We have stayed in big and small rooms, all are clean and pleasant, with full amenities. Breakfast at 250 yens each person is a steal (coffee a bit weak though). Lots of restaurants nearby and a 24-hr supermarket. Very close to subway stations and airport bus terminal but still not noisy. Third time staying at this hotel and will use it again. Recommended it to a friend this summer who also enjoyed the stay. Staff are friendly and helpful and speak good English.
