카운터분들이 대학생들이신지 젊으시고 영어도 굉장히 잘하십니다. 수건 가져가야 되는거 빼고는 매우 만족했습니다. 화장실과 샤워실도 여러개고 시설도 괜찮아요!

수건 챙겨가야하는것 빼고는 좋아요. 주방시설은 조금 구리지만 있을건 다 있고 공용 욕실이 정말 좋습니다. 위치가 조금 애매한게 단점인데 어디든 멀지 않은거는 좋은 것 같습니다.

Staff is great but hard to find”
If you are good with directions, it is ok. But it is quite hard to find the place, nearly freaked out when I walked around and could not find the place at first and it was my first night in Tokyo The staff is amazing, that's for sure. Only the location... The rest are good

Great place for amazing price!”
COCTS Akihabara is really a hidden gem. It is relatively close to subway stations (maybe 5-10 min walk depending on your walking pace) and is close to lots of convenience stores (7eleven, Familymart and Life) and local restaurants. There is also a restaurant in the same building as well and you get a discount as a guest. The staff were super friendly and loved to know about your trip and recommended things to try. The dormitories were capsule-like beds but were really comfortable and spacious. If you're a light sleeper, be warned that since you're with other people in the same area, noise from moving around or opening luggage might wake you up. The bathrooms and showers are shared but we're super clean and maintained very well. There is female-only bathroom on the second floor if you want.

Great hotel nearby asakusa or akihabara station. Lot of food and minis nearby as well outside the hotel. The staff were amazing, they are able to speak English very fluent and very warm in welcoming the guest. But, they didn't provided free amenities like pajamas or towel, which needed to provided by ourself

Cosy hostel”
I really enjoyed my stay here. I had stayed at their sister hostel in Asakusa too which was also nice. It was because of Misaki, that i enjoyed my stay. made my stay

Too far from the station, loud at night”
It’s the first time that we didn’t like a hostel/hotel here in Japan. We can hear literally everything even when the noise was coming from the lounge area downstairs (at midnight). The staff weren’t too friendly too.
